100% worth the visit. The food is very nice and there is a lot of variety, service is very good - all staff are polite, especially the staff member with the tattoos and the red bangles she took extra care of us and made our day even though the shop was very busy. She gave us the best service I’ve had from such a restaurant. The lunchtime buffet is also top class, I fully recommend.

I wouldve given this restaurant a 5 star however due to the slow service and waiting time it drops a mark. The food is absolutely wonderful and delicious. Everything is pure vegetarian so no need to worry about meat, egg or fish. The hygiene standards is top notch, restaurant feels and looks very posh. Lovely place to sit in, I really enjoyed it. The staff are very kind as well however the service is incredibly slow. Waited for nearly 40 min just for the bill. Im not complaining though cause the food is lovely

Amazing food and service next to none. Portions are a bit tiny compared to other restaurants and prices..staff very courteous. Stuff from the wok takes longer to cook, we almost decided to cancel and leave as it was too time consuming. But we did not complain as the other food which was immediately served was super good. Will definitely go back..it is not a budget restaurant.

If you are keen for a vegetarian Indian breakfast place than Sakoni’s Wembley outlet is the go-to place. They serve breakfast buffet from 9AM with variety of North and South Indian dishes along with Garma Garam Indian masala Tea. Finding a parking nearby could be a pain but plan to visit early in the morning to get a street parking. A variety of Indian snacks and sweets are also available on the counter

Now does Sakonis need a review? Maybe not... but Ive coming here since I was a kid and the food is still very good! Cant complain. However today I cant give it 5 stars. Whilst food is great service can do with an improvement. I had to get up each time to find somebody to order and get the ketchup myself. Plus looking at the pics I think I got smaller portions too. Oh well. Still will come again for the good food!

One of the best places to have Indian food in Wembley area. The taste is quite authentic. Serving size is pretty good. Staff is friendly. Service is quick. And decently priced. Complete value for money. I have been here a couple of times and tried multiple things on the menu, my favorite is their channa bhatura. These are the best bhaturas I have found in London so far. They are so flavourful and light. Its a must try.

I just experienced the worst ever service receive at this highly rated restaurant. We were sat at a dirty table… waited 15 minutes and still had no menus in front of us. Was told by 2 members of staff that someone would be attending to us. A couple who had just walked in were seated after us and had menus and water in front of them as we were still waiting. As I started to complain the staff were not even apologetic. The manageress said the staff will serve us now.Absolutely livid with this experience. It’s a shame because the food is pretty good.

This has been the 5th visiting this restaurant and I am utterly appalled. One item on their menus that the majority of customers would purchase is the buffet. However, Im disgraced to say it has not once met my expectations. The flavor is immensely lacking and is demeaning for any Indian who walks in. Furthermore, there is no regular system for when the buffet counter is refilled. I waited a good 16 minutes, actually, more than that yet they still failed to bring a refill for that item. And to add to that, we, the customers who are supposedly always meant to be right, are told We want to bring you fresh hot food. Now tell me, Ive waited more than I ought to have but Im still here, why is that? Where is the refill? I ask for the item to be restocked and they, ignorantly, state that its being made. Not once did they inquire with the chefs if it was actually being prepared! Im highly disappointed and feel as though their disgraceful demeanour was downright outrageous. And it want just me who was affected! Many people, including children, waited an outrageous amount of time and left empty stomached.Honestly, I dont think theyre capable of running a busy store nor do they understand the concept of quick service. The customer is king! Well that saying gone down the drain for them. Definitely not visiting again. Just disgraceful.(For proof, Ive provided attached pictures of the alarming size of empty dishes at their so called buffet).

Really popular vegetarian restaurant in London, Ealing Road. Really good food and lots of choices too. They care for allergies too very well. Lots of vegan options too. Went yesterday for dinner with my husband. Food was worst and cold. I ordered buffet and saw nobody was refilling the empty container. I called a waitress to check but she ignored. I called her again second time and asked she said she would refill paneer butter masala, she didnt checked that for 20 min and later just put 3-4 pieces of paneer.Buffet container was mostly kept open which was making every dish cold and some of them were empty by 8.20pm and they told us buffet is till 9pm.One of the buffet dish had hair in it.This waitress and one old man was constantly looking at our plates as we ordered both buffet and ala-carte to check if we are not sharing buffet. This made me really uncomfortable.Same waitress took brush and started cleaning the floor, later handed over the brush to another waitress and started serving food to other guests without washing her hands. AC was switched off and since kitchen is open, entire restaurant was really hot.Clearly staff dont have any manners, were making faces when asked anything. Our table had a very strong of bleach. £40 wasted was worst indian veg ever. Prices are very high, staff service is worst.I will never go again and will tell all my friends to never visit this restaurant. Really felt cheated.Restaurant owner clearly wants to earn quick money with cheap , worst quality food and staff. Shame!I request everyone reading my comment, please avoid this restaurant.

Used to be one of the famous good Gujrati restaurants. I am afraid to say that it has gone downhill and the atmosphere has changed. It has almost become a convenience restaurant. A bit hard but youd know if you went there 10 years ago. Dont get me wrong. It is still quite good but there are many better ones around the corner and they are much better value and more authentic. The seating is better. I took a work colleague and he agreed with me too as he loves Indian food. Brilliant place to go if you have a hunger for diabetes.

Summary: only worth it for the buffet and if youre double vaxxed!Safety: 2/5 no social distancing or masks enforced. We were provided with gloves for handling the buffet section but the sanitiser next to it was definitely just soap lol. Staff were right up in our face which would be uncomfortable even without the killer virus on the looseFood: 4/5 hit or miss. The avocado salad had avocados that had gone off; the other hand the chole, paneer, noodles, dosa and more were delicious 🤤 Ive missed Sakonis buffet over lockdown and its good to see the food quality and variety has overall improved. They still have the classic orange wedges (wouldnt be Sakonis without them) but have upgraded to include gulab jamun (probably out of a packet) and chocolate brownies (also probably out of a packet but still to die for). Not sure how fresh the food wasAmbiance: 4/5 good music in the background and it was quiet enough that we could just about hear it but still have a conversation at the table without shouting. Wouldnt mind it being turned up a notch, and maybe the songs need some updating to the current charts rather than from 6 years ago. Staff were lovely and polite too, especially the aunty who was seating everyone :)Price: 5/5 the buffet is brilliant value for money with a huge variety of mostly delicious food. Individual dishes have huuuge portions, we werent able to finish our meals and had to get doggy bags! Takeaway portions are much smaller so be careful with those.

Having been here many times its about I write something...this is one of the staples of of Indian cooking and possibly the longest lasting so it definitely is doing something good. Having out lasted many of its competitors.. the buffet is great when you are hungry and just want a bit of everything .. the passion juice is actually fresh by the taste of it and not just them jugs of concentrate so highly recommend that. The chilly paneer is also one of the best Ive had so highly recommend (which brings us on to the few negatives) although I have noticed the price of this had now increased to over £8 which is fairly high. Also the front of house needs to get in order. Theres of no organisation when you first enter. You have to fight with the rest of the customers to get the attention of the employees. Then need more management. But as I said been here many times and will go many more so doing alot right
