This places closed around half past seven. The fruits and vegetables here are really fresh just as the name says. But, the queues are really long and you may not find it much clean. If you are Indian then its the place for you. All Indian snacks, pickles and vegetables are available for you.

Returns: they accept none! They are over priced. Everyone now shops in Kingsbury! I bought some Fengreek there a skimpy bunch then walked down to Simran and...found triple the bunch I had bought from this place for the same price!! I think this place gets free marketing from the crowd that gathers there but if you look around on Ealing road you can get things cheaper! As usual the abundantly rich Indian culture of the Gods comes with greedy rude parasites. Peace

If the staff werent as rude, bumptious and unpleasant as they are then five stars would have been awarded. Variety, quality and price wise, no greengrocer (Asian or otherwise) comes close - simply the best. My suggestion would be basic manners dont cost a penny. If the staff can somehow overcome their sense of hubris and even pretend to look humble, its a positive step! They arent working voluntarily and are getting paid (well at least I hope so), so please dont behave as if its a community penalty! Also do keep an eye on your receipt and ensure youve only paid for what is in your shopping bag.

When asked what I was doing wrong they were simply not interested.I left my stuff behind and walked out.Never to return to this shop ever again.Shame on you...

Really Bad experience, they charge me £5 extra and when I called they saying I’m lying. Rude behavior, and cut the phone. They running them business on customers but they showing attitude to customers. Not happy at all. They loosing them customers. Better to close the shop...so other people get the business.

Vegetables you name it you get it. The best vegetables shop in West London. It had all the Indian Vegetables and at a very competitive price. You are also able to get good fruits and basic home grocery at this store. Please note the place is very cramped and can get very busy. Advice to go early morning to get fresh stock and save time.

Very bad custemer service at checkout, even not asking for a bag. The thing is that I had already paid for the items and afterwards i asked for a bag & I was not having change to pay for it and they are not accepting card for small amount, so the lady at the checkout is saying that you have to tell me first. They have to ask for a bag before paying. Very bad experience 👎🏻

Staff behaviour is really bad I was asked to move my basket outside and pack the groceries after paying at the till which is really rude and not a practical for a customer. Everyone was sitting on ground and trying to pack vegetables in the bags. So inconvenient and embarrassing situation. I will never recommend it to anyone. Just aviod this store.

Indian grocery store. Lots of vegetables up front and inside. Very competitive pricing. Also well stocked with other grocery stuff. You would find almost everything you need from a Indian grocery store. They also do milk and butter. Did not see any bread though. The check out can get long so avoid Saturday afternoon. Early mornings you can be in and out in a jiffy. Staff are more than happy to help

Rammed full to the rafters with fruit & veg & almost everything you would need for cooking Indian food. Unfortunately the staff tend to wheel out trolleys to replenish stocks when shop is full of customers. Can get quite difficult to manouvere about. Aisles not really wide & checkout staff can be abrupt. The plus point good choice at competitive prices

We just received our box of produce with contact free delivery. Everything looks great and worth the £26.

Customer service at this place is horrible. I go into the shop and everything is everywhere. Price labels are wrong, and are shown up as different price at the tills.The lack of communication between the staff is ridiculous. Furthermore, I called up the store up few days ago to ask whether there was a particular item in store. The lady on the phone was very rude with an attitude. She could’ve been polite and said ‘sorry we don’t have any of this’ rather than shouting down the phone ‘don’t call here anymore. well I will not be coming there anymore either.I don’t know what it is but the customer service is ridiculous. I have been shopping here for so many years, never have I encountered such an experience just recently.

Fruity Fresh is the rudest green grocery in the whole of Brent. The checkout staff and the owners wife treat their customers so rudely, it unbelievable. They seem to think that they are doing you favour by letting you shop in their green grocery. Its the only independent familys owned shop in Brent that expects their customers to pack their own bags. If you dont start packing the bags, the staff rudely shout at you and treat you like cattle. As they are the only greengrocer in the heart of Ealing Road, recently they have put their prices up extortionately, today 1 round lettuce was on sale for £1.99. Some advice to the owners, your customers are the reason why you are super rich, treat them with some respect.

Best fruit and vegetable store I know of, and thats before you throw in the huge range of exotic Asian vegetables. Also, staggeringly cheap. Its always busy and it can be a struggle to get around at times, plus the queue for the checkouts is a bit haphazard. But overall, win.
