Company showed a complete lack of interest in my issue with repeated premature failures of the relief valves that their service dept had installed in my Rheem hot water system over several visits. Non existent customer service.

Bizarre.Rang them to get the yearly service done on our HWS and they tell me that they dont do services in winter anymore.No reason, no logic.Bizarre.

The technician did the job promptly. However the customer support team were rude and incompetent. Double charged my bank account, no apology whatsoever. Not using their service again.

Call centre service is extremely rude woman answered. We are your businesses who is going to pay your wages. I have never, ever experienced such a rude callcentre woman sitting in the call centre office.

Rheem refused to replace my rusty water heater cylinder under warranty. They blamed everything else including the valves, plumbing, water supply but couldnt rule out their own faulty part.

Prompt, friendly and good service at a fair price.
