Flexi have a heavy reliance on technology with all of our operating and production systems linked to the internet, databases or computers in general. We have been using CCP since the early 2000s and have always had great service on our 20 plus pcs and server. We have recently moved to a managed service and cannot rate the experience highly enough. Due to ongoing issues with our CRM system and the lack of available help from Procura - CCP staff have always assisted where and when required - even from no knowledge of this system staff (Deon) have always assisted where possible when Procura help have not been able to. The prompt assistance allows SDS staff to get back to work and downtime is minimal. Instruction from Procura is that everyone is treated as though they are I.T literate - most of us are basic skills who come to work to do a job and cannot do this with errors in a system.Thanks heap for all your ongoing support!
