Helping out my friend to pick up some stuff she left in her apartment that she just hand it over back to OPM (she still paying rent till next week), the person incharge (S.A) advice my friend that I can pick up the things from her @ 1130am. I arrive and the kind receptionist help me to called S.A (as her office is in the Hutt) , she told us that she is around the corner and will reach soon. Unfortunately it did not happen, I waited for nearly 1hr and she did not arrive (even she coming from Hutt, she would have arrive and go back to the Hutt). I understand that I may not be the paying customer (how sure is she that I will not be one of these days). S.A had just brought shame to the word professional, the receptionist help me to call her couple of times more and she did not answer. She only send an email to my friend ard 330pm, it took her 4 hrs to get things done. Even without professionalism, as a form of courtesy, she should had inform whoever is waiting for her. This type of working attitude is not acceptable or should be tolerate by any organisation.

We stayed at oxygen managed property for almost 2 years. Oxygen has been very professional and helpful throughout. We had a lovely manager(Denise) who helped us a lot.

We have had 3 property managers during our tenancy. All have been great to deal with. Hanna Parnell is our current property manager. Although we have not met in person, she has been wonderful to communicate with over the phone and email. In the first few weeks of the national lockdown, Hanna made phone contact to check-in on us to make sure we were ok, and we really appreciated that.

Rented an apartment through Oxygen from May 2019-July 2020. Mostly they were great! Angelina always communicated promptly whenever something came up and I never had any hassles. I particularly appreciated her proactively checking in to make sure things were ok during the covid19 lockdown.The Body Corp for the apartment building were a bit overbearing (threatening occupants with fines they had no legal authority to issue) and hopeless (the building receives no recycling services, which I thought was awful, and there was poor maintenance of common areas like building entry doors, lobbys and laundry room). Oxygen could have earned a 5th star if theyd been stronger at dealing with them.But overall a positive experience. Id be happy to rent through them again.

Disappointed with Oxygens communication.1. Had to wait to the end of the month to hear that our tenant had made no payments and had fallen even further into arrears (after setting up a payment plan the month before).2. Informed by Oxygen that the tenant had abandoned the property and failed to inform us that the tenant had approached Oxygen about ending the tenancy agreement early. Given the history of arrears issues, it was unprofessional for Oxygen to flat out decline the tenants request and not bring this to our attention for consideration.Unhappy landlord

The worst property place Ive ever seen. They didnt work well. Therere some communication problems there which made me exhausted.

I rented with Oxygen from May 2016 - Feb 2017 in Berhampore. The communication was abysmal and finally had to take them to the tribunal to get our deposit paid in full because they claimed that window stays were a tenant cost and not a cost that the landlord or the rental company should bear. The tribunal saw through this and ordered them to pay the cost incurred for installing window stays and our deposit was returned. I am glad we own our house, and hopefully do not have to deal with the likes of Oxygen in the future.

Very happy with my experience with Oxygen. We had Brenda as a property manager and she was extremely helpful and professional and probably the best letting agent weve had!

Money hungry dishonest and disorganized. Both myself and my previous flat mates have had nothing short of a nightmare dealing with this company. Only after money and are not concerned with their tenants or their well-being. As the only time they ever return emails or calls is when they want more money. Had three different property managers over an 8 month period all of which where hopeless, one even tried to break our contract and lied to us about our agreement, I had to find the exact paragraph and page to get to her agree to something that had been signed for. That is illegal and shes lucky we didnt take it any further. Even professionals the company that owns oxygen told me to steer clear. Do not rent through this company. This is where all the useless agents go when they cant get work anywhere else. Best thing that came out of this experience is being able to tell other people not to make the same mistake we did.

Best property managers in Wellington (tenant). Avoid Quinovic at all costs.

Arranged to meet with Kim Smith about a flat viewing today, we were running five minutes late but called to let her know, which she said was fine. However when we turned up she was gone and then refused to answer our calls. Popped into the Oxygen office to try and understand what had happened, to then receive horrendous customer service from Kim herself. We entered the office with only good intent to just be told it was all our fault and not to bother. After we discover that we were not the only people to be messed around by Kim Smith. Awful service.

We gave them keys when we signed the property with them but didn’t get them back. Discovered they were “thrown out” and it was our fault for not collecting them earlier. I’m sorry but was your phone broken for the last year that you couldn’t call us? Do you know how expensive it is to replace restricted keys and security tags? No excuse for rudeness and lack of empathy - it shows your company’s values clearly. Never going to use you again and I recommend no one else does either.

Just thankful that I was not successful with my application to rent one of the property under their management. And this is not sour grapes! Was a bit sceptical at first for they require the following: 6 weeks altogether in total and their letting fee is plus GST. I try to shy away from rental property managed by an agency. Would rather have the owner to deal with than the property managers. Still looking for a place but I am not in a hurry.

I have not rented with oxygen before but in early 2017 I was looking for a rental and I met two lovely letting agents who were very helpful.

Having been both a tenant and a homeowner for many years, I can say with certainty that dealing with Oxygen has been one of the worst experiences Ive had. Their customer service is shocking. They are extremely disorganized. The only time you will hear from them is when they want their money. You couldnt pay me enough to deal with them again. Id advise anyone (both tenants and homeowners) to stay far, far, away.

If i could rate them 0 stars I would. Complete time wasters, property manager was a joke who was rarely in the office or available to take our calls. Even when we escalated to the team lead - still no action. Didnt ensure basic maintenance was carried out in our house. Ignored requests from our tenants... the list is endless of their failings - AVOID!!!!

And the complaint department is the best, Lynley Horne does a great job of dealing with a complaint, by doing nothing and treating it as sort.So if you as a tenant want hassles that feel like you are in a bad nightmare, oxygen is the firm to rent fromIf you are a landlord who wants a commission taken out of the weekly rent and get no service for it and have your half a million dollar investment mis-managed, then this is the company for you

NEVER EVER USE OXYGEN. Money hungry monsters. They trap you into long term contracts and even if you have an emergency or want to have an ongoing contract, they wont let you. I paid them for over a months rent without even living at the property. They can be very unrealistic and unreasonable.Just dont go to them even if you dont have an option. They take advantage of people that are new to the country just because they dont know the law.Never ever will go to them again.

Horrible agency! For landlords, dont choose this company if you want to keep good tenants!They are money hungry yet inefficient. We call them almost every day for 2 weeks asking to see an apartment. Because we like this apartment building a lot. In the end, we went to their office with a signed renting application so they would arrange a viewing for us.Throughout the two years, communications with them has been a nightmare. We were amazed with not just how long they could keep us wait, but also how badly their emails are written - unclear and not responding to questions.

Absolute rubbish. Lost my keys to the rental I wanted to rent through them and told me it was my fault! We will never use these cowboys for anything, anytime in the future. Please, please avoid.

Absolutely dreadful.My family and I moved in to a property where the grounds hadnt been cleaned yet, a cupboard was locked in the house with no key to open and some of the worst communication Ive ever experienced.Now having to talk to the Tenancy Tribunal as to their obligations as property managers & how we can terminate our contract without penalty. We just want out. Now. The manager (& i use the term lightly) we have has ignored several emails, not communicated with the landowners when requested about something as simple as the disgusting carpet which is actually cutting my kids feet, & throwing idle threats at us because we open the cupboard that was locked. We later found it had the landowners crap inside & there was some agreement with the previous tenants but nothing was mentioned to us either verbally or written. The grounds were finally tidied only after several chase ups whereby they got their HANDYMAN to do a half assed job because they didnt want to pay a professional to do it. This clearly shows they never had any intention to do anything & were hoping we would just do it for them.Then this manager tried to pass off a Bond inspection as a health & safety inspection to avoid the issue with the carpet. So as well as idle legal threats they add untruths to the mix. In other words they hope your an idiot thatll take their nonsenseIts true what the other reviews say they just want tenants they can lean on and charge exorbitant rental prices and if you dont like it theyll dick you around and replace you. Why not? They get a chunk fom letting fees every time. Chi-ching!Quinovic are much better Fyi.

We tried to book a viewing for house they sent the broken link and we have emailed them back straight away but no response . Rang several time and the Agent said she booked up all the booking and she have no idea when we sent the email. Must say Poor management

Have been trying to contact for a number of weeks. I know that it is over the holidays however the place Im looking at is like 3 weeks away for the move in date. Ive tried calling both numbers for Awhina probably like 10 times at different hours of the day to make sure I wasnt getting her while shes working and she has not answered the phone once. She then responded to my voice message after waiting a week by text message rather than calling and continues to make me wait for my next response. Most stressful situation Ive been in looking for a place to live.

I have a very worth experience with oxygen property manager jo macdonald. i have a request to everyone non take house under this property management because when you give them notice and when they return you bond they did not gave full bond cut some money without any reason. i prey to god all oxygen property person go to hell.
