I am really enjoying the service I get from Wakefields. Rebekah, who I have dealt with in ordering prints and asking questions, has been so friendly and helpful. But also, the quality of the printing is better than anything I have found elsewhere. The colours print true, and the blacks have depth without being overpowering. I am super proud to send prints that i have had made there to the clients who have ordered them. They have also turned the jobs around in faster times than promised.

Ive just used Wakefields to print my Masters Thesis, this was the first time Ive used their services and I couldnt be more impressed. From friendly prompt communication, with clarity of instruction, confirmation and easy payment systems, through to quick printing and receipt of product - which is beautifully bound and colour printed - Im a super happy client. Excellent printers, competed my order in great time and at very high quality. Were happy to run a couple of different proofs and I went from initial email to having final prints in my hand in around a week. Definitely on the upper end of my budgeted cost, but their skill. professionalism and industry knowledge made it worthwhile.

Was promised an invoice for 7 days, called them several times and wrote a few emails but nothing happened. Decided to go with another company.

I rushed after work to get there to have my documents printed and walked in at 5pm and the gentleman told me that he cant print anything, because they have already shut down all the printers. I was confused, because it says that they work until 5.30pm. But he didnt really care about it and just gave me an indifferent look. He mentioned other places where I could try to print my documents, but I still feel very disappointed with the service. Please mention on your website that you actually dont do anything after 5pm, so people wont waste their time to get to you.

I’ve used Wakefield’s for some years. The staff are friendly, helpful and will go over and above to deliver world class service.

I dont doubt they get it right most of the time, but when I took my job they got it wrong, 3 out of 4 books were not up to standard when binding. Blamed the whole thing on skewed printing which I supplied when the issues were based on the trimming. Rather than calling to consult the client at time of execution about the issues they say they encountered, they took decision of their own which were not of satisfactory manufacture standard, only to say but avoid fully acknowledging that we bought faulty packs of papers were the individual sheets were cut to different sizes, when the hell does prepackaged stacks of paper bring sheets slightly different to others.. Offered to do the job again, but we had to repay printing because that was the problem according to them, but when we asked about trimming they excused their poor execution by blaming the pre-packaged paper we supplied. Asked for my money back, gladly they had no problem doing that! Congrats to Dickon (manager?boss?) for winning heaps of prices in the Pride in Print Awards, unfortunately the winning attitude wasnt their from Wakefield Digital when it came to our books.
