I simply love their ice creams. If anybody out there likes rasins and rum together, their rum and rasin is worth giving a try😍. Lemon ice cream is like frozen slushy lemonade in a scoop🤩. Mango has bits of actual mango throughout🥳. Chocolate lovers, you will get all the chocolate in every slurp & lick🤪!I just couldnt hold myself to take the pictures of the ice cream cones because I always just dig right into the deliciousness.

Kaffee eis has been my favourite ice cream since they opened the first location in oriental parade many years ago. Over the years the quality never went down, the ice cream is always on point and they make a mean coffee and outstanding affogato.The staff are always friendly and helpful, and this always feels really genuine.

Absolutely delighted with the girls on this morning in Courtenay Place. After being slammed with a 7 hour flight delay and needing to do work with a flat laptop they were not only friendly but also charged my laptop for me. Thanks! Genuinely made a terrible start to the day so much nicer ❤️

The quality of the ice cream is as premium as it gets. Their black liquorice ice cream is by far the most impressive Ive ever had and they have a rather unique range alongside it as well.I was served by Liam who just made the whole experience of visiting there even better. Thanks, man!

Amazing Ice Cream!! Been here multiple times and its always amazing. Really helpful staff as well, who offer free tastings if you want them. The Stracciatella is a particular favourite. Yum!!

Will forever be my favourite place to get icecream in welly. The raspberry one just tasted like pure berries. It was divine. And I always get lemon as thats my favourite! Speculoos is also so good and I love having that one when I feel like something sweet.

A very high number of people are getting liver problems due to the amount of refined sugar in our diets. Because this I have had to completely change my diet so as not to die from liver failure and I am out here begging companies to do both savory ice creams, and ice creams sweetened with monk fruit and stevia only or allulose (erithratol can cause a rash)Absolutely begging for some non sugary death ice cream.

Cant remember how we found this place its been so long that have been going for ice cream here its a little on the expensive side but its our family treat place and everything tastes so good well worth it

I dont know what I like more the delicious Orange Cake or the friendly Staff but one thing is sure we keep going back for both.

Ice creams are all too sweet, flavours boring and unoriginal. Great for young ones but no good if the sweetness is too much. Its all just same old same old. Everywhere is the same.

Lovely staff and tasty ice cream

Really good gelato and sorbet. They win prizes every year (on display behind the bar). Several of the sorbets are vegan (marked) including lots of fruits, and dark chocolate! The flavours are rotating and seasonal, and always include a few different quirky options (eg Christmas Pudding at the moment). They will allow tastes, so if youre having a hard time deciding what to order, you can give a few things a go before deciding. They also do coffee and have a few biscuits and things, but really theres only one reason to come here, and thats the gelato/sorbets!

I loved the biscotti icecream, and according to my partner, their Eis Chocolate was good too. The staff were super friendly and chill.

Love Kaffee Eis ice cream but went into the courtney place shop tonight which I havnt been into for months as usually go to Cuba Street and was served by a very smart young man. Asked if they did half and half ice creams which I couldnt remember if they did and his reply was, you should know you ask that everytime. Which I dont. He was wearing a black woollen hat. Perhaps he should find another place to work as not suited to that job. Will not be visiting that store again if he is on

Tasty treats and good value, shops a little cramped when busy but its part of the charm

Friendly staff that let you try flavours before buying, but the gelato was oddly icy and watery, and melts very quickly (got a scoop of stracciatella and milk chocolate).The berry flavoured gelatos taste like pure berries, which is too overpowering for my taste but may be right up your alley.Nice bar of nougat for $2.50, a bit too salty for me but you may like it.

I have anxiety so its kinda my fault.. But tonight I ordered a half litre with 4 flavours which I spelt out to the guy twice because he seemed confused.. I ended up getting a 1 litre with two flavours, and a half litre with two flavours. I didnt see him making them until it was too late as we were chatting and I wasnt watching his every move. I felt bad because he seemed new but I was too scared after like 20 people came in and they were busy. I tried telling him but he didnt hear me over the people so I did what any other upset, anxiety fueled person would do... I transferred the money and got out as fast as I could. Our freezer doesnt work properly so now I have to eat it all tonight or throw it out.

The cats who work here are so awesomely friendly, and super knowledgeable about every flavour. Make sure you try a few before committing to your cone or cup! Such a treat in autumn or winter, when your brain might tell you ice cream only on a sunny day.

Ice cream is wonderful but often the one youve become addicted to isnt there. All big businesses know reliability is the key to customer satisfaction, a Big Mac is always exactly the same & available anywhere on earth. It may be interesting to experiment and make lots of different flavors but from a customer perspective this can be frustrating. I have seen super-hip restaurants taking pride in never serving exactly the same thing on TV overseas but doubt it will catch on. Just trying to be helpful.

Had just done my 94th blood donation so I deserved a treat. Flat white, white choc and macadamia biscuit, plus a tub of apple and cinnamon gelato.Not very nutritious I know but it sure as hell tasted nice!

Excellent ice cream with a good range to choose from...but its tiny and crowded so your best bet is to get your ice cream and eat elsewhere... Its a pity because theres definitely a market for a nice ice cream / coffee cafe of a larger size (with outside and/or garden seating).
