Last Night my husband placed the phone order for 2 different pizzas which are Popeye lover(veg) and Kiwi favourite(Non veg). When i went to pick it up with my friend in store, I asked the counter person to double check it and write a name for us so that we could have the right pizza. Post reaching home i took a first bite and i realised something is wrong with it as it doesn’t taste the same which it had last week. Then i got to know that i am eating chicken, i have never eaten any flesh in my whole life. As i am a pure vegetarian and follow hindu rituals strictly. I felt horribly guilt afterwards and doesn’t want to eat pizza anymore. I completely understand human error but in my case i checked so many times whether my pizza is vegetarian. It was particularly upsetting that staff didn’t pay due care. Won’t come back to this place.😨😨😨😨

Fast and efficient delivery! Had the meat masala and kiwi favorite which were piping hot and great quality. Will definitely order from here again

Me and my friend brought two pizzas.one was kiwi flavourie these other one was vegetarian.cause my friend is vegetarian .we made order online .and when we pick we ask the guy that was serving us to write on box which one is which .i find it strange that he didnt check the pizza just write on box .and i just trust guy that knew which pizzas is which.but we both when to own home .i was eating my pizza i was wondering which chicken on pizzas like said on box and my friend call me up that one slice and said had chicken on .which was suppose be my pizza and turn out it was her .so guy write name on pizza box.my friend was really upset that she ate chicken .seen she is pure vegetarian.also didnt feel right after eating it.guy service was really really poor .should check the pizza in first place .

Currizza customer service is awesome and very friendly staff. We love carrizza pizza. Carrizza pizza base and topping is very soft and delicious.I would recommend currizza pizza 🍕🍕🍕🍕

The base of the pizza is too thin so have to eat the pizza by wrapping like a roll on the toppings/curryIt cane be better

Absolute Melty Goodness.Cannot go back to eating normal takeout pizza after having a taste of this. Currizas vegetarian and meat options are equally tasty and if youre looking for a bit of a oomph to your pizza, try a spicy one for kicks!

This concept should not work but it does! Love the unique combo of flavours, affordable pricing, their late night hours and friendly service! Wayyyy better than Dominoes or Pizza Hut - rivals Hell Pizza in terms of quality.

Definitely Recommend. Very friendly staff.Tried the paneer on fire, will definitely try it again. What a pathetic place for a Pizza. Not recommending anyone

Didnt expect much ordering curry on a pizza at 10pm on a Sunday night. Currizza exceeded expectations and delivered on taste and exciting my taste buds and no doubt keeping the ***hole anxious tommorow (I asked for Indian hot). Would highly recommend to anyone.

I have never actually been to this pizzeria before, but I found a pizza completely untouched at Wellington railway station. I dont know why it was left abandoned? It was probably forgotten and left on the seat by who ever brought it when they got on the train..As I love Indian food, I was intrigued to find an Indian pizza and I didnt want it to end up in the rubbish bin. So I took it home for my dinner, it was really nice. Sorry for the person who forgot their pizza, but it wasnt waisted. I am now keen to go to Currizza for more yummy pizza.

As Always bestest pizza we forgot other pizza’s after eating there pizza.As we need vegetarian option and which is best in this place we specially came from petone to eat here.

Delicious pizzas

Didnt know what to expect but was really impressed with curriza.The pizza is absolutely delicious, somehow managing to taste like an authentic curry but with the convenience of a pizza.The Slum Dog was my pick, generous amount of lamb & veg with a rich spinach curry base. These pizzas are thicc too, twice as filling as a normal pizza making them really good value.I ordered for pickup online and it was ready within 20 mins.Really hope these guys do well because I need to try more currizas!

We ordered some late night pizzas after the PS5 launch and it was the best decision we could have made. Pizzas were hot, delicious and arrived quicker than we expected. We highly recommend Currizza!!

Very innovative take! The shop is really cute and clean. Their graphics on the wall were hilarious. Most people take away or get their food delivered but we decided to dine in, and they let us use the sink behind the counter to wash our hands. The currizza was yummy. Very flavourful. I cant wait to try the other types they have. The curly fries were yum too, and they didnt charge us extra for aioli! :D

Awesome combination of Indian currys and Italian Pizza. Best Pizza in Wellington with an authentic Indian curries. Tried multiple Pizzas till date and never been disappointed. The staff is really friendly.

I cannot remember what pizza we got.. it was a hot one though with paneer and it was so tasty!! We demolished it! We also got a butter chicken one I think? I’m terrible but all I can say is give this place a go it’s so good! Just like pizza club in Auckland! Yum! Apparently very good mango lassi too!

Super polite staff, spotlessly clean, and, most importantly, delicious food! We tried the paneer on fire, go nuts, and kiwi favourite. All really lovely.The mango lassi (in bio cups, yay!), was also a definite winner. Well be back for sure.

I was sceptical at the idea of curry on pizza but I was completely blown away in my first bite. It was the best flavour bomb ever!! Curriza are changing the pizza game. I will never buy pizza from anywhere else again. I already cannot wait to go back to try more of their other pizzas! Highly recommend!!

I was really blown away at actually how amazing this pizza was!! The base was perfect, the topping ratio was on point and the mix of curry flavours in pizza form was brilliant! The driver got lost and our pizza was a little cold but it still gets 5 stars from me as it was the best pizza I have eaten in a while!

Tried heaps of there pizzas. Some of the pizza sauces are just gross. Butter sauce in particular. However, some are really good, but have had to many horrible ones to give more than 3 stars.

Only reason I give 4 stars is theres no were to park and the price is pretty steep. Other than that there pizzas are delicious..

These pizzas are delicious! Have tried the Bollywood Bomb and Paneer on Fire with the latter being my favourite.

Hard to judge, guess thats just not for me. Probably more fair to set 4. Its just not pizza. Its curry opened pie. If you after pizza, probably cant recommend. But if you are looking for interesting meal and not afraid of a bit spicy food, may be a good choice. Also value pizza could be considered as its really cheap yet quite satisfying.

Amazing combination of pizza and curry! Extremely tasty and also a great price considering how many toppings you get. Now one of my favorite meals in the Newtown and Basin Reserve area.

This shouldnt work, but these pizzas are fantastic! The curry chips are awesome as well. If you want to save some money, order direct from the website rather than Deliver Easy, it will save you quite a bit

Awesome experienceHavent eaten this much tasty pizza in any pizza outlet , the customer service experience was also very good if you are looking for something very tasty this is the best place for you all over wellington.

Impressive amount of topping! As soon I got it I noticed how heavy it was. I got the fiery vindaloo, spice level was surprisingly excellent. The pizza was really flavourful with perfect amount of curry, there was enough of curry to make the flavour stand out but without being sloppy, the pizza held shape perfectly somehow and there also was enough cheese on top. I wasnt expecting much but it really exceeded expectations, will definitely be trying other flavours too :)

I had my first experience of Currizza tonight, and golly gosh it was absolutely delicious! We had three pizzas and all were as amazing as each other. Great value, tasty toppings and delightful staff. I recommend Currizza to all :) I will be back.

So good! This is now my favourite takeaway pizza in Wellington. Great flavours and not heavy at all. We ordered the Paneer go nuts and the Kiwis favourite, both pizzas were really different and equally tasty. Highly recommend and love to support local businesses doing great stuff!

Who knew, these two foods belonged together? Amazingly, the woman said it was her husbands idea, and upon telling her (obviously he must have been drunk), rather than ridiculing him, they bought a premisis and got baking. Its really great, you should give it a whirl.

Ordered from here for the first time tonight, delivery was nice and quick (about 10-15 mins before the ETA), and the pizza was awesome! I could smell it before even opening the box, upon opening and having my first taste, I pretty quickly came to the conclusion I have my new favourite pizza (in this case the Slum Dog). Last but not least, the driver who dropped off the pizza was friendly and professional, confirming name, order, and then wishing an enjoyable evening. (something not every pizza place supplies these days). Many thanks for the delicious meal! I look forward to ordering again soon! :)

Had a hankering for some vegetarian takeaway and thought Id take a punt on this. Fully expected it to be something youd need to be drunk to enjoy but it was next level awesome! Great tasting, pizza base held up to the curry well and the toppings were generous. Delivery was fast and friendly.Slightly disappointed by the Tiramisu, was fine but not in the same ball park as Pizza Pomodoro.

Wow, these pizzas are delicious! Indian curries and pizza—what a perfect combo. The pizzas are full of flavor and they even offer VEGAN mozzarella. Paneer can be substituted with mushrooms. I am kicking myself for not trying this place sooner. These are the only pizzas I ever want to eat again. We got the Paneer Go Nuts pizza vegan with mushrooms instead of paneer and vegan mozzarella and the Hot and Soft pizza with vegan mozzarella which is from their Value Pizza category. Both pizzas were fantastic! The Paneer Go Nuts was full of vegetables and the korma sauce on it was a perfect blend of spices. The Hot and Soft looked like a plain cheese pizza but it featured a spicy Indian tomato sauce that blew us away. If you enjoy spicy food, the Hot and Soft will not disappoint. It delivers spicy heat and a flavor punch that will leave you unable to resist having another slice. I’d like to add that their pizza crust is also very good. When we were done, there were no leftover crusts. For us, that’s a rarity. We also got an order of their Masala Chips—crispy, savory potato wedges dredged in masala spices. They matched our pizzas perfectly. We’ll definitely order them with a side of curry sauce next time. This was such an unexpectedly gourmet pizza experience that I will never forget it. It’s made me think of pizza differently and being a person who loves food, I really appreciate that. If you like Indian food and you like pizza, you definitely have to try Currizza. This is by far the best pizza in Wellington!

They have kept the quality of their indian curry style pizzas. Very delicious. I also tried out the mango lassi, which is very refreshing on a hot sunny day.

Just tried this place tonight. The pizzas were delicious! Even the value pizza was amazing, i dont know what they use as their tomato base on the hawaiian but it tastes sooo good and plenty of cheese. Very filling pizzas and good veggie range and very accommodating if you wanna remove/swap toppings. Recommend.

As a big indian curry guy, my expectations were quite low. We had the slum dog currizza and I was blown away by the authentic flavours and great texture. Everything was perfectly cooked.Unfortunately like another reviewer here, also found a hair, but obviously accidental and the overall quality means it is still five stars from me. Maybe something for the owner to think about.I think these folks are on to something good here. Definitely give them a try. Cheers
