Very satisfying. A good filling meal with no reason to fault it.The decor is bad. Its old and in places looks like its from a Vietnamese restaurant not an Indian restaurant. And its worn. But on the positive side its clean, really clean, and it even smelled clean.Nice service and good value for money.

This has been our favourite Indian restaurant in Upper Hutt for over 5 years. We eat here on a weekly basis and enjoy the food as well as the warm, welcoming, smiling faces.We love the food with a good range to choose from.

We’ve been there for dinner on a Friday (late), had the curry works special and chicken tikka masala... simply delicious! The staff were very kind and attentive. I highly recommend it.

Have been here a couple of times and have been very impressed. They opened early to accommodate us and gave our little girls a free drink. The curries are excellent, lots of nuance and not just your usual run of the mill selection.

This restaurant is great. Their food is consistently of the highest quality.Food is always served hot and that is not the spices. We recommend highly to others.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. We ordered the non-vegetarian banquet, which was a bit 50/50. The butter chicken was the best, but the rogan josh wasnt flash.They have a huge menu, will probably stick to vegetarian dishes next time.

Never again! Butter chicken tasted like cans of tomato. Plain naan was full of sugar. Worst curry experience. Friendly staff was the only positive.

The food is superbly delicious and the staff are attentive. We always have a hard time choosing so often overorder which means we get to take home the excess for the next day. Yum!More people need to discover this gem of a restaurant, you wont be disappointed!

Ate here twice. Unimpressed so came back to give it a second chance. Not unpleasant but bland and a bit tasteless. Some people seem to like it for this reason but Ive tried them all and its my least favorite Indian restaurant in Upper Hutt.

Excellent food. Good portions. Great $10 lunch deal with rice and naan. The mango lassi has a great flavour and texture. Décor is a little run down but the friendly staff and quick service make up for it. Unfortunately, the bathroom has no baby change station and there are no highchairs available.
