I stopped at this spot to get lunch. I ordered my food online and I got the falafel pita and it came to a little over $10. When I arrived I parked in the plaza parking lot. I walked in and the nice server asked my name and the food wasnt ready. I waited about another 7 minutes or so. When it was ready I grabbed my food and left. When I got home I ate and it was pretty tasty. The pita was very soft and the falafel wasnt dry. I also enjoyed the red hummus they added. The food was filling and I would definitely go back to try more.

ObsessedI find myself going to Willowbrook just to treat myself to CAVA. Their ingredients are fresh & they have an array of healthy options. My favorite part is that I feel great after having it. No bloating or belly aches like at some other places.Delicious!

Fresh, very tasty Mediterranean salads and pitas. Fast food that doesnt taste like fast food. Only reason it doesnt get five stars is something is always missing when ordering through the app. Other than that I definitely recommend it

First time trying this spot out with a friend yesterday and I must say this is now my new favorite food spot. My grain bowl was absolutely delicious. From the harissa honey chicken, pickled onions, lemon herb dressing, my favorite the roasted white sweet potato(will get that every time in my bowl) lemon herb dressing. My bowl was so flavorful. The staff was polite and quick when preparing my bowl. Price is just a little pricey but honestly it’s worth it in my opinion. I will definitely be back

This was my first trip to CAVA and I was pleasantly surprised. Its basically a build your own Mediterranean menu with so many choices and flavors. Ill definitely be back!

Probably the best fast casual place available. The staff is always really kind and helpful if you need recommendations. The soda options seem weird at first but theyre all worth a try.

I love the order ahead option so that it’s ready to eat by the time I get there. Always consistent food and delicious. It’s like the Mediterranean version of Chipotle.

Food selection is great, the staff was pleasant, the only request would be to clean the tables at a faster rate. I did come at a busy time, so maybe at other times the tables are in better shape.

Curbside not available which is not clear on the app. Never got my food (ordered curbside because my baby was asleep in the car). Perhaps take down the 6 saved parking spots that say curbside. The employee that answered when I called to pickup curbside was very rude. Guess that means I paid for lunch and didnt get lunch today. Great.

Absolutely love the food, but the staff is beyond horrible.Never acknowledged customers in line, ignored the phone ringing, still displaying curbside pickup signs but apparently they no longer do curbside service... just a bad experience overall

This location (Wayne) is hit or miss. Ive had great experiences but as of lately not so great. Just recently went in after 8pm and I guess the team was outdone for the day. Service was super mediocore, as the preggo girl forced herself to assist me, I wanted to just tell her never mind and leave. Unfortunately Im a struggling college student and I knew I could stretch my bowl into two servings so I dealt with her attitude. Well that wasnt the case at all, she fixed my bowl without a care in the world. I shouldve taken a picture to post but I talked myself out of it, in hopes that Ill make it work. Last night my suite mate ran out to the same location again in the evening and she had a very similar experience (same attendant). She expressed that she was irritated that she had to ask for more greens and toppings as her bowl was skimpy. She ordered a lenitil and Avocado bowl with barley any avocado. Whats unfortunate is , if you dont check your food for a take out order you cant be upset if youre not getting your $$ worth, the honor system isnt implemented here. On top of that, the store ran out of bags so she had to carry her purchase out the door. Depending on the mood of your server, determines the CAVA experience. For $13 our food should resemble the pictures being showed on the site.

Want to give a shout-out to the two ladies that make this my new favorite local CAVA location. it’s too bad they don’t have name tags but the girl with short pink hair and the girl with the curly ponytail. the entire CAVA staff are on top of everything every time I visit this location. y’all are the dream team! employer, reward them for being kind and hard working!

I went for the first time the other day and I had a salad it was excellent. So tasty and good. Plus they have nice outdoor seating.

Gave 2 falafel balls and 2 lamb meatballs when I paid for extra balls. Good food but a lil over priced especially when they give you bare minimum of everything. Juicy Platters is better and cheaper.

If you have never been to a cava, it is like an assembly line of stuff that is reminiscent of Chipotle but with Mediterranean items to choose from. It is beyond tasty. I suggest the lamb meatballs as it is very very good! The sauces are great that can go on the pita or salads. The Jasmine tea, when fresh, is amazing!!!!If you happen upon a CAVA, I highly suggest trying it out!!!!!

Food is good, but they charge too much for extras and when they dont have certain greens I want, do they discount? No. But this is not even my real complaint. They out door area on a Sunday was sloppy. Trash cans full, garbage all over, their tables dirty. No cleaning or picking up after tables are used. Does this place not even know there is technically a pandemic still going on?

I finally got to taste the deliciousness that is Cava! After hearing a few friends rave about it, I thought to give it a try. I built my own bowl and the food was so fresh and tasty 😋The options were a bit intimidating at first but the staff had no problem breaking down the process for me.This location is very clean, the staff is great, and I appreciate their social distancing measures that allows us to dine in. I will definitely be a regular!

Only slightly in love with the options they give in every section for the salads.I ordered a little bit of everything and goodness it is truly astonishing how appetizing the salad looked over the Chick-Fil-A from next door. The whole bowl with lamb, falafel, and greens is enough for even two people, and please dont get me started on the drinks. Their Pineapple Apple Mint lemonade is a classic hit for me now where I refill it a good 3 times while I eat in.Would I recommend it? I dont know, you tell me.

I just cant explain how I LOVED this place! Good priced, great food! Felt really good for eating healthy and I gotta say that I got really satisfied with the food amount! I visited this place soo often because of how GOOD the food was!

Food here is fantastic; fresh and delicious without pretense. I LOVE that they have the dietary information on their menus; I know exactly what I can and cannot eat without having to ask the employees if something is GF/DF/SF etc. So happy to finally have a place like this in the area instead of having to trek to Bergen County or the city.

Today when I arrived they were out of spinach among a few other things. I also noticed the juice I hadBeen drained from the fountain into containers and was completed exposed. The trash can sat next to the juice machine and overflowed.

I like cava more than chipotle now. Everything there was so fresh , and they are implying covid norms very seriously too. And it has some vegan options too. So it was a nice experience.

The employees at this place are very unprofessional, they have an attitude for no reason at all, CHINA at the cash register talks to customers like shes in the ghetto. I dont see this place lasting with employees like this. Its a shame cause the food is really good. I really do want to give this place a better review but there employees are bringing this place down.

This was my first experience dining at Cava and I must say it was delicious! Its basically a Mediterranean Chipotle as you get to choose rice, lettuce, protein and then toppings. I was a bit overwhelmed at first so I chose half rice/salad with chicken and a bunch of toppings. It was super filling and saved half to go. It was tasty and satisfying. Staff was also friendly and kind. Ill be back!

This is my second time coming here and I have to say it really is a good spot for some delicious food. It’s almost like a better chipotle with a lot more options. My wife brought me here and she did not disappoint. I already forgot what I ordered but the falafel came out fresh when I ordered and it was top notch. The drink you see on the photo is jasmine tea with 0 calories. Good stuff I deff recommend this place and will be a frequent costumer when I’m near the mall.

Ordered via Uber eats - delivery was great but food wasnt. For some reason, without asking, on a takeout/delivery order, they slathered the bowl with the dressings instead of having them on the side which is the usual CAVA default. It wasnt edible. I have had CAVA many times from other locations and it has been excellent. Not sure whats up with the Wayne location.

Food here is exquisite. I used to come here a few days in a month and dine in. Unfortunately, due to the pandemic, we have to enjoy their food with outdoor dining. Sill just as good. Try their numerous menu options, you will not regret!

Cava is an chipotle gone Mediterranean. The buffet, build your own-style set makes it very easy to navigate items within the restaurant. The best way to experience it is just to dive in! Food is ALWAYS FRESH and very healthy. You will leave feeling more than satisfied with your purchase and how it makes you feel as you eat it.

I love the food here but I ordered online via Uber Eats an hour before closing and never got my food. Had to get a refund via Uber eats-the least the restaurant could’ve done was let me know my order couldn’t be fulfilled instead of just leave it pending until after they close.

For the sake of comparison, although not direct, this restaurant has similarities to Chipotle but is Mediterranean food.The quality of food was excellent, a custom pita. Service was good, got takeout and order was available on upon arrival. The food was healthy and fresh.

Love the food here, but second time where we’ve placed an order online for curbside pickup, upon arrival you’re supposed to call for them to come out and nobody answers the phone. Ever. I’ve had to go in every time to get the food and notice how the workers are just standing around doing nothing. Service here is the worst.

I am OBSESSED with cava bowls. They are always so fresh and delicious. They are very filling, I am picky with chicken however their grilled chicken is amazing!! Also love their choice of drinks, it is unique and most are good!

CAVA is usually my favorite place but last time I got food there I and my boyfriend got bones in our bowls. My boyfriend lucked out On not getting hurt but the bone cut my gum that resulted in a dentist visit.I called the restaurant and they said they filed a report and I would receive a call from corporate. In the interim they remade my order which was fine but another bone was found. I kept the bones in case needed for corporate but never received a call from them. Followed up several times with the manager of the store and they confirmed a called would be coming my way but still no call.After lack of contact from corporate I don’t feel comfortable getting food from CAVA again. I recommended it to so many people and now telling them be aware of chicken bones.😞

I loved CAVA when it opened but the quality has really fallen off lately. the meatballs tasted funny/bad and a lot of the other ingredients in my dish had a not fresh consistency, e.g. too watery. Service has slowed as well. I dont think Ill be back.

Worth it. Really enjoy getting all the toppings since they are all tasty. They give generous portions and you can ask for extras on the toppings. They also give generous portions of pitas on the side. Love their sauces too. Have never had a bad experience. I always get the roasted veggies for the protein but have tasted the chicken and beef meatballs. Those two are good sometimes can be a little on the oily side. Even my toddler loves her kids meal from here and we can all enjoy the outdoor seating they have available. After trying Cava I dont bother with Chipotle anymore.

I order here 2 times a week. But now I’m done. They let someone take my order or they never made it. Placed my order at 4:45pm to pick up at 5. Came in at 5:05 and nobody knew anything about the order. Then I had to wait another 15-20min for them to remake my ONE item. Very unprofessional, and nothing was done after the fact. Why leave a guest walk out unhappy?

Extremely disappointed with my experience here yesterday. Pre-ordered online for 12:15pm pick up and order was not ready even at 1:05pm. Manager was indifferent, just said they are backed up even though they were putting out orders for 1pm. Zero effort to look for my order. I left without my food when they said I could email for a refund. Wont be going back.

I love CAVA for many reasons, one of them is super economic for what you get; super quick service. My pick up order (one dish only) was ready in 5 minutes, selection: whatever you are in the mood for, I dont get tired of CAVA. Its super delicious even if you arent into healthy food, this is how fast food should look in the future. Bravo for making it happen.

Have been here three times. Once I ordered inside, the other two times I ordered online. My first time there, staff was really nice and explained what was on their menu. My bowls were delicious and was ready on time with both times I ordered online. The place is also clean and staff is really nice. Outdoor seats are available as well, which is nice. I am officially a regular.

Ive been here three times and have enjoyed the food. I recommend for staff to be more cautious when preparing the food. On my last visit, I found a small piece of clear plastic mixed in my salad bowl. Please take your time and always follow best practices. Thanks for all you do!

Im obsessed! The food here is so tasty and packed with flavor, and everything is very fresh. The employees are all really nice, and you can order ahead online so your food is waiting for you. I also really love their fresh brewed iced teas and juices!

As a health conscious individual, I would like to say that this food is extremely high in fat and especially high in sodium. I was looking for a decently healthy alternative to fast food but this is not something I will be putting in my temple again. I have had less saltier mediterranean food in smaller non chain restaurants.

I absolutely love cava and Ive been going here since they opened in nj to both location in paramus and in Wayne. My 3 star review is from the fact that my last visit on 7/10/20 I paid for doubled braised lamb and the girl who served my protein was being extremely stingy with the portion size. As I mentioned before I paid for double braised and the girl gave me a scoop and a half of a half scoop next . She picking up a fair amount and kept putting it back making it smaller . Doesnt seem reasonable im paying close to 20$ for a plate your company/employee is being stingy on .

Good food quality. Staff not very helpful and rush the customers, not allowing enough time to make a choice. This was not even busy time.

This is more than good. It makes eating healthy easy! My favorite treat after eating a salad bowl is their pita chips with the tzatziki sauce.
