Its one of the famous Indian restaurants in Bangkok. Located at the busiest area of Sukhumvit just next to Nana Plaza. I had a dinner there found pure Indian taste. Pricing was also reasonable. The service is bit slow however. Overall food was good.
Overall food and staff was good specially serving staff Mr. Harish to.Must try.
Try the biryani here, been going every time i am in bangkok since last 5 years. Every time the biryani is fresh tastes the same as the first time. I will go out of my way to visit. There are other restaurants claiming to be a part of bawarchi like Alif Laila round the corner and i tried the biryani there it was absolutely awful. There is only one bawarchi, their other branches have the same name. They do delivery to your hotel too, i have tried this service and its usually quick service.
This place is horrible! I would rather eat from the street vendors!
Best Indian Restaurant ... Best Biryani and other food items... and 5 star for the environment.
One of the best place for indian food, must visit if you love indian food.
Looking for Indian Food ? This place will serve your purpose and stomach to the fullest. Elegant ambience. Great taste. Good quality. Indian music. Awesome staff.
I love the food...prawns were good and in medium size as well. Portion is also ok. Moderately prized. Service was also good. Hotel was clean. Good food options ...
For Indians, it is like one of the best place for food. It is really tasty food and the price in baht is decent but if u convert in Indian money calulation, u may feel its expensive but it isnt so. U must also understand the ingredients they get, chef they get is called from India hence the costs can go high upto 200 baht approx per dish
Nice Staff, very lovely and best food...super helpful and friendly.
One of the few Indian Restaurants available on the area, near to Woraburi resort, Boss suites, Nana Suites, and Siam court. Use Google maps to locate it, or you may miss the board. All Indian menu is available but dont expect any Indian taste at all, it stands for both veg and non veg. Alcoholic drinks are available.Items are costly compared to other Indian Restaurants in the area.Services are good.Atmosphere is Indian. They were playing Indian songs and videos when we were there.
Nice restaurant, genuine Indian food..proper place to eat for Indians staying in Nana in Bangkok...
Serves Indian style food in the heart of the city of Bangkok. Briyani is best served.
Loved the food, but the place can be cleaner.. 1 star less for the cleanliness
Prices are too high. Even 500 ml water bottles cost Rs.70 and service charges extra.Better to avoid this place
Good Indian food, friendly and courteous staff. One of the good reasonable restaurant to visit and enjoy Indian food. They have 3-4 branches in sukhumvit area in Bangkok. One is in sukhumvit 11 and another in sukhumvit 4. We visited both and food was satisfactory.A must visit if in this area!
It was really nice. Good Indian food we will get near nana plaza.
They force to order more. the waiter with noticeable mustache will make you feel poor if you dont order excess. RIPOFF totally. taste is very poor. dont go to restaurant with bar in bangkok.
Good hospitality. Good ambience and tasty food.Very convenient to reach. One feels very relaxed after being there due to their ambience, hospitality and good food.
Its an Indian joint in Bangkok, awesome indian food . I had chicken makhanwala and butter naan
Food served in good. They are slightly overpriced than the other Indian restaurants you find in Pattaya, Bangkok or Phuket. This might be because its located on the most expensive street in Bangkok.
Nice place to have you food is so yummyI like it
Food was delicious but prices are much to high. 2 Kingfisher beer were charged with 450 B!
Third class food, they mixed pulao with white rice and kabab was not even boiled. Pathetic!!! But charged thr full amount
We ordered butter paneer masala , that was very bad in taste.Expensive.Instead going there , try visiting other indian resturants on parallel road.
I was not expecting them serving used lemon to me. Please fix this immediately. Otherwise people lose interest in your good restaurant. The music was very good. I enjoyed it.
Worst hotel ever. They guy was about to charge me 17%VAT on my food bill. Seriously these guys are destroying reputation of Indians among Indians. You might trust a Thai citizen not this Indian fraud.
Good variety. Staff is kind and humble. Keep rocking guys!
Thankyou for serving us the tasty vegetarian Indian Food
Over priced. Food is ok-ok. You can try if you are craving for Indian food only.
Yummy Indian Food with Quality ServiceNice Ambience
The food was not bad but these guys are a cheat. These guys are so greedy and they will literally cheat you while billing.1. They will charge you vat 7% (no other restaurant charges that) and on asking they will say you can get it refund at airport. Do ask for a yellow slip which is required for refund. They did not give it to me cuz this way they dont have to pay back to govt.2. They will charge you service charge which can be 10-15%. No other restaurant charges more than 7% and most dont charge as well.3. There is one guy who seems to be the owner will pressurize you to take costly dishes and will not care about your requirement. All he cares about how to bill more which is bad. There are plenty of other good restaurants near this place like DosaKing which offer better food with more courteous staff. Go there and dont fall into this trap.
Good was good, quantity was less. And they add service charges to your bill.
I would say food here taste quite good. However, be careful of cheating cashier and waiters. They charged 10% service fee for takeaway order, which is really not fair for customers who dont dine in the restaurant. We asked about this charge, and the cashier insisted that we need to pay. Usually restaurants dont charge their customers for takeaway. I am not quite sure if this is how Bawachi runs the business.
Perfect place for India food. Service very quick. Has an alcohol collection. Air-conditioning seating indoors. Outdoor seating also available. Food lacked spicynes.very blend but great stuff. Great ambience. Outlet also available on Food Panda App for home delivery. Finger bowl service available at the end of your mea at the restaurantl. Definitely recommend this place for quick bite
If you are in Bangkok and looking for delicious Indian food then Bawarchi is the name you should look for. Very near to Nana Plaza (only 2 minutes walk)
Pathetic food quality, below average service. The restaurant sofas exude such a stink that we felt nauseating. Its probably rhat the sofa cloths need cleaning or replacement. Food is wann expensive, compared to better standard Indian restaurant in Bangkok. It was a really pathetic experience.Even if i get complimentary food there I will opt out.
Went here a few years ago and forgot to review! Excellent little pit stop as I BTSed around town. AWESOME host with great vegan options. Will be back.
Its a super z grade food restaurant, I have wasted my money and food here before. they dont even stand as a dhaba. you are welcome to waste your money. food is not good on top of that very very expensive.I stay in Ibis mostly which is in just fron of this restaurant and by mistake went there. I thought atleast they will have average food but guys, it was NOT EATBLE. I Had to leave and pay 800bhatt.un cooked food with thick rotis and nothing with it which you could eat. we again came but this time, my friends were with me and one of them is pure veg. he wanted to go there and I told him how good it is. he also said food is z grade category.
Overpriced food, with hidden extra charges. 1200 Baht for a couple of small dishes for 2 people; which is crazy. There was a leak in the ceiling which dropped water, from who knows where, onto my arm. Disgusting. Dated decor, hasnt been furnished in a long time, and lackluster staff. Worst place Ive eaten in Thailand and Ive been here for 6 weeks. Food was mediocre.
Cockroach found!!CostlyNot great foodUnnecessary tax and charge
Quite expensive and average in terms of quality. Location is very easily accessible from Nana plaza and ambience is excellent.
Nice Indian food, prompt service at busiest of place at BangkokThough a bit costly but good to find authentic Indian cuisine
I suggest all to never go to this restaurant. Its better to starve than to eat there. Here are the few things for which i’m giving 1 star (wanted to give 0):1. Terrible bad smell of urine inside the restaurant. Had to ask the waiter to spray room freshener spray to eliminate the odor.2. The quality and as well as quantity is mot at all worth the price they charged. Prices are high compared to what they serve and also ambience. Even Had to ask for water which is the most basic thing a restaurant does is to serve or ask customers for water. The hotel we were staying ( Woraburi Sukhumvit ) suggested us this restaurant of which i now understand is clearly the case for commission.Anyway, if you get any other indian restaurant, try to avoid Bawarchi.
Indian food is excellent... do improve tour service.. interior is also nice👌
Expensive restaurant (400 bahts for a dish). at this price in Thaïland, I expect much More... the food is ok but not exceptionnal, and the restaurant is not impeccable
The service was friendly and it’s right at Soi 11, but I didn’t like their butter chicken, to sweet and the price is in my opinion a bit to high.
Awesome food.. Beautiful ambiance and very polite staff..they dont serve tea bt on my request they did
Good food but pricing is on higher side with 10% service tax.
Good Food.Good quantity. We relished Indian food here. As we had got to eat Indian food after 5 days.
Service was pathetic, food quality was not upto the mark, customer service wasnt there. Overall not worth
Food is good but costly. Sadly service and hygiene are not good. Found cockroach roaming on the table and food basket.
Food quality is average... Sevice is bad... We found a live cokroach on our table.... Would not prefer you to visit the place
Not to good a place for an outing the food wasnt too good and the staff werent too sharp either
Good taste and service of staff.
IT WONT OPEN AT 7. Went there for breakfast by walking 15 mins.internet and outside Board says open but inside no onee .idiots need to correct the opening time.
There food is expensive with no quality I am planning to come back to this place
Good ambience, friendly staff, good quality indian food. Free WiFi
Good Indian food option in Bangkok. Taste is good but service is very slow. You need to wait long for food to arrive. Very expensive as well
Delious foodAwsome service
Food is nice but they force you to pay service charge..which I asked them to remove and they did... thanks
Nice place to eat Indian food
The food was ok but quite expensive especially compared to local Thai food. $4.50 for a bowl of basamati rice with mushrooms. $12 for a bowl of curry. Not worth the price
Good service and delicious Indian food especially dal makhni
If u are Indian Then Bawarchi Restaurant are saviour for u... Whi Dilli wali feeling with full of desi Tadka loved the food and Restaurant but lil bit costly according to me
Their daal was delicious. Enjoyed our dinner.
Food was good and deliciousPlace was good and cleanEverything was so maintainedThey’ve so many food varietiesLoved the place
Ambience is good. Taste is ok ok. Pricey.
Nice food in Bangkok City....In Bangkok.....if you are getting the Indian food....then Bawarchi would be ahead in that..
Expensive and definitely not Indian taste.. chicken biryani is sold at 360THB but very poor quality. Highly over priced. Even a 300 ML water bottle costs about 30THB with Bawarchi brand.. All varieties of chicken dishes taste the same.. Burned pockets and disappointment is what you will get at the End of the meal..
This place has the best Indian food in Bangkok, no doubt. 100% recommend it.
Amazing place for family and to have a good time. Food is amazing aswell as the service
A bit highly priced. Ambience is average. Service is Ok but a bit noisy waiters. Wonder if thats how they are😂
Khaana mil gaya , that was good, btw Indian food costly
Indian Food at its best.Get to know their tax% otherwise you may feel they charged you more.
The prices are very extreme i ordered chicken rice that was 350 and I was charged 500 baht!!!!! They charged me 10 percent with the 7 vat this wolfs ridiculous.... I would recommend this place if it’s the last thing on earth I would stick to Thai food..... Extremely false advertisement
Nice quiet place. Food was good, the server is ready to serve you . Nice Indian music.
Good indian food.
Best Indian Restaurant (Veg & Non Vej.In soi 4 Just 2mnts Walk from Nana Plaza, Best Food, excellent staff. Who like Indian Food must Visit this restaurant, without fail. Excellent Indian Food & Service.
Best indian restaurant at Bangkok
Food was ok...but the view of restaurant was nice...
Extremely tastefull food, excellent indii and servic,, i will come back.
Food is very good. But total rip off for 2 item of the menu 920 baht. Too expensive even compared to international price.
Best place for Indian food
Very very nice indian food i love it
Very expensive but food was good. They also take service tax and gst
Good indian food option in BKK
Price is very high. Not suitable to eat everyday
Ordered Rogan Josh and naan bread, curry was nice and would eat again but the bread more like roti very thin and oily and at over 80B way over priced, in fact Rogan Josh naan bread 2 small beers over 900 baht , beer was poured into warm glass service slow, staff out front of restaurant picking zits on his face and going around restaurant collecting ash trays them emptying them down the Strom water drain on the street, seats need refurbishing as just sitting in a hollow, disappointed
Worst Indian food ever. Totally disappointed with the dusty ambience and food. Ordered Hyderabadi Briyani and what we got was some rice in a bowl with few chicken/lamb pieces. The rice did not even look like basmathi. The worst part is being a restaurant we planned to pack the remaining food and we were given takeaway in small packets. Worst experience in Sukhumvit Bangkok for us even though there were plenty of good indian food around.
