They are trying after pandemic impacts. Big shoe store outlets, lots of name brand stores, just one very good Greek sandwich restaurant left open in the food court. Still had a good morning there.
Able to shop. Some stores closed. Vanity Fair...non existent. This outlet mall is still working!!
I see this place closing up show very soon. Dont expect them to be around much longer. They have 1 place to eat now in what used to be there food court. Stores close way before their posted hours. No real deals.... Im good. Wont be returning Ill save myself the drive and the wasted time walking around this dump. Definitely not what it used to be

Stopped by today to check things out. We found a handful of interesting stores (Under Armour, Puma) and scored a few things to make the trip worthwhile. There are a good number of empty storefronts and the deals weren’t quite what I was anticipating. Can’t say we plan to go back anytime soon but we’ll go again eventually 🤷🏻♀️
Out of all the stores I frequented yesterday Shoe Dept was the only store that offered no discounts for Veterans, Military, Nurses, Firemen, Law enforcement or any type of First Responders, and I felt that the cashier was pretty nonchalant and carefree as she stated we dont have any discounts at all when I asked her about it. Nike and Puma stores were extremely pleasant the cashier at Puma was very friendly, pleasant, helpful and went out of her way to tell me that either me being a Nurse or a Veteran qualified for a discount. I was really disappointed that at this day and time with all thats going on the ones that are on the front line still get no recognition at Shoe Dept. The Uniform outlet prices are ridiculously high, they carry all name brand scrubs with no discounts, why call yourself a Uniform outlet if you have nothing but retail prices i was very disappointed and even their small clearance rack was still expensive.
Pretty decent selection of stores. They had more a couple years ago I feel like its going downhill. This could be from the pandemic but anyways still nice for house close I am

We had a great time and found some very good deals. It felt good to actually shop in a store and not on Amazon! The food court needs some work. Ill blame that on Covid.
This place was really nice and I’d love to come back! We had to drive just over and hour to get here, but it was worth it!The only negatives I have, is that this poor place needs a face lift! Or at least some new paint!There are a lot of empty sections of the building, which is honestly really sad to see.They need more food! The food court had one thing in it…there were a few random restaurants but nothing we were interested in. Maybe fill some of the empty stores with basic fast food joint, or other restaurants!All I’m all, I enjoyed my time here and I’d love to come back soon!
There are many empty stores. Everyone has their own preference, but the stores that are gone, are the ones I liked most. Hopefully we will get through this pandemic and the stores will fill up again.
Its okay! Many of the stores have closed since COVID. The Nike and Polo store dont disappoint.
Every store here is great if you’re looking for just general things with no specific item in mind. But the moment you come here looking for a simple black tie that you need before your graduation ceremony, not a single store in the outlet has one for you. Even after asking every worker at almost every store where one might be, there’s nothing. Would give it 5 but I spent like 3 hours scouring for a single tie and this place really dropped the ball with that.
So very sad that our favorite stores are gone. The pandemic really hurt a lot of businesses. Hope the mall can recover. One new store is the artisan store with art and crafts from local artists. Lots of cute and pretty stuff. You can still sign up for VIP for special coupons and discounts. Will review the mall at a later date

I really enjoyed shopping for school clothes. Everyone was very kind, although it wasnt busy today all the people I saw had smiles on their faces.

I love Waterloo. Such a shame so many stores have closed. But, it still is my go to place for back to school for my Nike and my Under Armour sports loving son. I hope it comes back stronger than ever!!!!!!!

Twin malls with a vast array of multiple shopping options from books to clothing and shoes. Great exercise even if you dont end up buying something.
My go to for all kinds of clothing needs. Formal, casual, party, sports, you name it. One or the other brand will surely satisfy your needs. LOL. Looks like I should be in sales. 🤣

Coming to the Outlet Mall is a yearly tradition. We come to get new summer clothes like shorts and tees for the kids. Stopping by the Columbia store for a new fleece is always on list as well. Typical out a strip mall or similar style, it is nice to walk a loop around the complex. This year there were a lot of stores closed, infusing many of the food court restaurants. We made due with some pretzels, ice cream, and cookies from YCBY. The savings are worth the shirt trip down the throughway.
We go a couple times every year. Always find something to buy!
I felt they have good variety with a good deals. Variety of stores, and can time to spend full day there.Improvement can be like having more options in food court. But I think its closed because of the covid situation.
One of my favorite malls its all outdoors! The food court is dead though as of 2021 nothing really is left for that! But the clothing stores are good, my favorite is the Levis bought 2 pairs of Jeans from that store this year ♡
Good number of outlets although you can tell the economy has affected them as there are a number of empty storefronts. There is still a fairly good selection of stores that you can wander through

Considering the pandemic, the stores seem to be trying to come back to life. Merchandise was limited in the few stores I visited. The food court had only one vendor selling food. I found what I was looking for, so it was worth the trip
Each outlet store is different but prices are no different than their regular stores at most shops. Huge selection of stores.
Pretty much a shadow of its former self; many empty store fronts, a food court with exactly ONE vendor, and while the restrooms were clean, appeared to be newly remodeled and well-appointed, it turns out that several of the fixtures were either inoperative or empty (in the case of soap dispensers) - - pretty much not worth the 150 mile round trip.

Nice place, but the food court is a joke. This shopping center has all the stores that a typical shopping mall has, such as Old Navy, H&M, Justice, etc. However, the food court area has only ONE place open, and that is a steak and potato restaurant. There were 2 other places in there, but all of them seemed to have closed down and are abandoned. So, I suggest you bring your own food if shopping here, because the food choices are EXTREMELY limited. Other than that, it’s a decent shopping center, and the prices are also good, so there’s that.

Wroth the drive if you are not local but planning on visiting few stores. I know I nee to come here every couple months to see what is new and to my closet refresh. Many good stores, great sales on the right days.

A lot of empty shops, not as nice of shops as they used to have. The food court was empty except for one little place. The whole place isnt what it used to be for sure. Check before you go to make sure the stores you want are still there. Many arent or have changed. I wanted to go to Vanity Fair which morphed into something else and didnt have any of what I was after anymore.
A has-been outlet mall with maybe a 50% occupancy rate. Some of the stores have great discounts, however many seem to have higher than retail prices.
Some closed stores but enough are open for nice shopping outting.

The place was like a ghost town. The stores there are very very overpriced. You can buy name brands cheaper at mall stores, with much better selections.
Really disappointed with this place after making a 45 minutes drive and having high hopes. For starters its not even all outlet stores, so you can literally find better deals at your local standard stores. Secondly the property itself is just a giant strip mall and does not follow the standard outlet mall layout with isles of stores. You literally have to cut across the giant, worn down parking lot in the middle of everything to save yourself 30 minutes of walking around the circle. I dont understand how this place even exists having such a poor layout... let alone the extreme lack of property maintenance and high prices...?

There is a place for everyone to enjoy going spend the whole day together. The mall is very clean and the food court is always good.
Deals are ok, best to go with coupon or when places are running sales. This is not the best place for big and tall folks.Great for outdoor and active wear.

You can spend all day their shopping Id pick a warmer day it was cold but I like it because its not an enclosed Mall and they have all the outlet stores there that you want

Nike store closed at 7...didnt think it would be closed because the outlets hours on Saturday said until 9. That was half the reason we drove from Syracuse. Not what it use to be.....plus dont want to hear the covid excuses because lots of places I didnt want to go were open.
Went to Hanes and it was still great. So many stores have closed very sad.
I did great at Talbots, Loft, Puma and Lee/Wrangler.
Loved the selection of stores. But, word to the wise weekends are crazy here! Better to come on a Thursday. Also, no real restaurants here... A cute one across the street and occasionally the food trucks are there but, bring some snacks for the little ones
Something for everyone. Clean, friendly, easy to get to, plenty of parking.
I stopped at the outlet center with my family while traveling. We had barely entered the parking lot and were accosted by a female security guard who immediately acted harsh and accusatory, asking us what we were doing. There was hundreds of others out and about but the rude security lady focused on us, even asking another guard in plain clothes to watch us as well. Never going back
