I just love this place , since libraries are closed so best place to catch up things for your hobbies to be constructive. Variety of items at good prices, off on certain items too.Very supportive staff members.You all are doing a great job , thanks 😊

I usually know what to expect when I enter Michaels. Once I found staff they were lovely and helpful but company policies made it challenging. The inventory system indicated 4 of what I was looking for in stock, but none could be found in store, even after three people looking for 20 minutes. Another store had the product but was a half hour drive away which I could not make today. After pressing the staff, the other store reluctantly agreed to hold the item until tomorrow, but it took a good deal of effort in my part after being told that the policy is only u til end of day. Waterloo to Cambridge is never a quick journey and certainly not on a Sunday afternoon a relatively short time before closing. It is only the customer service that made me purchase what I did today and the willingness to make a drive tomorrow. It is certainly not the ease of finding items, prices or company policies.

Michaels is a useful place if you are planning to shop for decorations. You can buy variety of things like designed papers, ribbons, clips etc. But, pricewise sometimes I find that they are expensive. Overall, if you have an idea for parties e.g. birthdays, anniversaries, I would suggest to visit once at Michaels and check their items.

What a remarkable variety of items related to crafts and other forms of artistic creativity. Knowledgeable, friendly service completes the very positive shopping experience.

This store is excellent, always well stocked with friendly staff always willing to help. They also all genuinely seem interested in whatever project youre working on which is lovely! I would suggest that the Manager of this store reach out to members of the community and seek out some insight on Cosplay so they can create a specialized cosplay section to bring in even more business. They also may want to look into stocking 3d printers vs only focusing on units like the Cricut. The loyalty program could also be a bit better imho.

Large clean store. Monday afternoon maybe not the best day to go with lot of staff loading or working on shelves blocking the aisles.

The store associates were very helpful and I love the selection but why Im giving 3 stars instead of 5: Its a 30 minute walk one way to/from the store...or a 30 minute wait for the bus if youve just missed the bus which I did do because the cashier double charged me for two packs of canvases (which I didnt realize at checkout because I bought nearly $300 worth of supplies) and I had to walk back to the store tp get that sorted.

First time back in a retail store since the pandemic hit. Good selection as always!

I just purchases Scotch scissor online and when I picked it up it was used, package was taped so badly look like somebody had used it for so long and returned it. I had bought it for my daughter as she is at home because of Covid and she wanted to learn sewing. I try to exchange it they said its not available then I went online its available at the same store.Terrible experience.

I used to love this location, but the last few times I have visited there is one particular full time employee Ive noticed because she is extremely snarky and rude to customers. Pretty sure shes a team lead for evening and weekend shifts. I have never experienced it myself, but most certainly have witnessed the exchanges. This employee needs to be mindful of her tone with others especially working in retail. Customers should be allowed to ask questions without feeling they are annoying staff.

As soon as my boyfriend and I entered we were greeted by Barb who told us everything she had sanitized which we greatly appreciated. She had a positive and uplifting attitude the entire time she was talking to us. Everything in the store was great and they had some good deals going on. Once we were checking out Barb was there again and gave us excellent customer service. Really happy with my shopping experience today and wanted to share how lovely of an employee Barb was

Found what I want quickly, was transfer paper and it was good quality. ALWAYS look for coupons on their website!! You can easily get 20-30% of the most expensive item.

Its a good size store with nice selection. They have a theft problem so definitely check what you pick up for missing pieces/opened packages. Ive accidentally bought stamps and stickers different times from there where some had been taken out.

The Michaels I went to was running low on a lot of things. I also find the store hard to navigate.

The staff are exceptional in assisting you locate all of your craft needs to get in and out in a timely fashion. Five star every day for your craft needs.

A great store with great employees, except for one particular man that got personal with me the other day. He told me I had to put my mask up over my nose, and I had informed him I couldnt due to my asthma. He then got personal with me informing me his sister also has asthma but she is able to put her mask up over her nose. After I commented that people with asthma must handle it numerous ways, he got personal and became offensive to me. It is none of this clerks business, or anyones for that matter, on how someone handles their health. I understand we are all in this pandemic together, but unless this Jerk of a Clerk wants to take me to the hospital at that time, due to respiratory problems that would then happen because of his demand, he should respect my health and mind his own business. I will continue to shop at this location, but I am still insulted by this clerks behavior. If it were up to me, I would demand an apology and for him to be fired. Aside from this clerks insulting notation to get personal, the store is great and the rest of the employees are pretty good, but still was only able to give 2 stars. I was quite offended from what that particular clerk did.

Curbside pickup has been great and easy, and they have a decent selection in store. Sometimes the store can be messy/disorganized which makes it hard to find stuff and employees are also hard to find to help.

This is a good Michaels store, adequately stocked even in quarantine times. And their curbside pickup process rules. No interaction whatsoever unlike other hardware stores who spoke their heads in to give you a product!

So glad this location was able to reopen after the difficulties during covid. They always have an excellent stock and have friendly employees who are always willing to help!

It is a great place for picking up all your crafty supplies. However always watch for sales or download a coupon. Michaels is notoriously overpriced in comparison to almost every other vendor selling the same goods. 3 stars is for selection and size and set up of store. Truly though their prices are at times beyond ridiculous. My advices is make sure to shop around unless its on sale or your using a coupon.

We had a picture reframed, and The manager of the framing is amazing. Its the second picture we have had done by Michaels.

Michaels has a great selection of arts and crafts mediums available. So many items that I can oy find at the store. Gear coupons are offered as well.

Organized and clean however prices are always high unless you use a coupon that only applies to one item and not of your choosing.

I really enjoy this Michaels and visit it anytime Im in the city. Its clean, well lit and the staff is super friendly. Great place to buy anything hobby and art related.

Although some prices are high, it is the perfect place for crafter (yes better than buying from online stores)

Very unorganised in the section for products on sale. The prices are not real! I spent a lot of time choosing what I want then I got surprised at the cash with much higher prices than what I imagined!

My favourite craft store! I go there every time I’m having a creative block and the products provide inspiration. Very clean, neatly organized and carries a huge variety of products for all craft needs and levels. Their sales and coupons are amazing and the staff is always very courteous and knowledgeable. I have made multiple projects using materials bought from this location and enjoy how I can get everything in one place.

Called in ahead to make sure they had the product I wanted and they were very helpful. When I arrived at the store they directed me to exactly what I was looking for.

Good place and diverse set of items. However, the discount on regular priced items they say doesnt apply in some cases, in mine I brought drawing table which was over $100), and the store person couldnt answer why such discount can be applied on regular priced items, despite their website says so... That leaves bad taste in terms of customer experience.
