Self serving arrogance to the nth! They look down at the common folk.

Shout out to the NAHB event staff. Was there for the AM&P annual meeting. Im a nursing mom and Katrina and LeMerrell went above and beyond to get me all set with a private place to pump and a safe place to store milk during the day. The whole event was very well executed and seemed to go off without a hitch!

Ive been there for few days. They have really good customer service I even remember I borrowed their stapler 😀

Cluster f%##@ck of a building and organization. Difficult to enter the building and it is unnecessarily burdensome and complicated. Horrible acoustics in the lobby and the process to enter takes at least 15 to 20 minutes, so make sure you get there extra early for any meeting. This place is a nightmare.
