Small & old bus stand, not soo good structure, poor hygiene, quality of food should be maintained, proper cleaning & reparing of bus stand premises should be carried out.

There is no drinking water for passengers anytime empty water cooler

Poor communication, there are no any responsible person on control room or inquiry office. Also not communicate with people politely, they are treated people like animals.. they have not updated as well as knows when which vehicle coming and going to the destination, when we asked for any place 9f vehicle they said we dont know or said if that place vehicle came then it will be going to that place return... Very disappointed place....
