It was very clean and organized everyone was nice who worked there and I intend on going back in the future.

Ran into Walmart with my guy my son to grab some stuff we ran out. Im a single dad and you know salad responsibility and you know forget stuff runs out this Walmart is my favorite Walmart and I live in Southfield

The store was disorganized. It was not well stocked. There were products grown everywhere. The store was not clean. And to add insult to injury, one of the people in my delegation who went to this Walmart decided to buy a $6 bottle of perfume not because she wanted it to smell good but to kill gnats. Everything was locked up in this case and there were no employees to be found with a key. I went up front to locate someone with the walkie-talkie to contact someone with a key come over there and he eventually 10-15 minutes later the manager showed up pulled out the $6 bottle of perfume did not hand it to the person who wanted it instead of walked it over to the self-checkout area, to ensure that we did not steal a $6 bottle of cheap perfume that again was being purchased not for the smell but to kill gnats. When asked about this Caucasian managers reasoning, his response was people steal. The problem is that we had over $75 worth of products in the car already why would we steal a $6 bottle of cheap perfume that again was being purchased to kill gnats! Thankfully I dont live near the store. But I feel for the people who do because this store was absolutely horrendous and so was this experience.

It was nice everything I needed was on the shelves wasnt too crowded and I like how you get to check out your own groceries everyone seemed to be nice and courteous

I went to this Walmart this morning to make a return. It is the closest one to my house. I made the purchase online. I went early hoping there would not be a line. Well, there was no line because there was no one to work the customer service counter. I work retail as well and understand we are all short staffed, but since the employee didnt show up is no reason to not have ANYONE to do a return. I can not understand how a store can not have another person to do a return for a customer. Unbelieveable.

Went to this Walmart because they offer a Quest diagnostic laboratory inside, good customer service direct me to the Quest lab. And even better customer service at the laboratory itself

Love the Walmart Supercenter EVERYONE was polite, helpful and accommodating. The Jewelry counter had some difficulty making purchases for items behind the glass and was told it was close until this wonderful woman came from out of nowhere and assisted me! So I was very grateful to her and she allowed me to make my purchase and continue shopping for other items and most importantly I was treated with dignity and respect!

This Walmart was the dirtiest Wal-Mart I have ever been in. Actual trash on floors. Shelf items scattered on floor and messy shelves. I am from PA but visit Warren MI yearly. I will never go back to this Walmart!

Not the place to shop for food and save money. It always looks like it has been raided. So there is always weird food but food (normal food) is expensive and in short supply. Your better off shopping at Aldis, half the price no supply problems.I hate checking my self out. We pay a lot at walmart, but now we have to check ourselves out?

You cannot get any assistance over the phone. Only department that answers phone is pharmacy the rest may as well be automated. They are there because they take the phone off the hook when you call too much. This location was closed a couple of years ago. I guess people who work there dont appreciate it reopening providing them with jobs to do there job

The place was awful. I have never seen This store look this bad. Stock was very low on the shelves. I am really surprised this store looked this bad. So disappointed. I usually walk through and look around, not this time I bought what I could find and left. I always raved about this store, please do better.

Lines were shorter than in any other Walmart I have visited in the past few months. The main item for which I was looking was out of stock and most other amall electronic items were locked up, so customers need an attendant to access items for them. Im sure it is to protect from theft, but it is an inconvenience to customers.

They never have enough items on the shelf. It seems like they stock up in the early mornings. By a certain part of the day. They are low on meat. This is for both locations on Van Dyke. I love Walmart but I am a little disappointed.

Placed order for pick-up, drove cross town only to be told order wont be ready for at least 2 hours after my arrival. Tried to buy in-store nothing available. Had to drive to another store ( NOT WALMART! 🤬)to make purchase with no problem & much nicer & helpful staff!

I went the day before the holiday so of course it was packed! I did however get out of the store pretty quick once I was in line.

Large grocery area. Sometimes you can find some really cute stuff in the clothes section. Definitely prefer coming to this location in the area than other locations hands down.

My handicapped friend was assaulted and they dis nothing they said they asked her questions but she was a mess why didnt they call the police then Warren PD doesnt show up when she did call herself then we wait after they call her and 30 minutes later nothing.... HORRIBLE.....DO I NEED TO MENTION THE BATHROOMS!!!????

This is by FAR the most unorganized, uninviting, unsanitary, UNACCEPTABLE conditions in which I have ever seen any retail establishment exist.I did, however, give a 2 star rating because some items were cheaper here than the Walmart just a few miles away, and there were some specialty items here that I have yet to see in stores alike.Staff wasnt exceptional by any means, but they also werent dragging around rain clouds, acting as if the customers were merely an unwanted infestation (as Ive personally witnessed in more than one other Walmart) and surprisingly enough (judging by the state of disarray) there were several employees with unrivaled work ethic putting forth great efforts to make the place presentable.

Nice, clean store. Found all but 2 items that I came for. Campells Chicken noodle soup, single cans and 30 amp fuse for house. Got everything else though👍

The entire staff working closing shift Wednesday night June 16th needs to be fired including the managers. Left everyone in lines for extremely long periods of time. I tried buying electronics and was told by staff, to either wait or fill out an application. Wow! One of the employees stated that to me after asking to speak with a manager. This location is very unclean and the staff are always rude and disrespectful, and do not want to do their jobs. Never going here again. Wish I could give 0 stars.

The dirtiest empty-iest store I have ever been to. Look at the empty shelves in mens underwear section. (Which is what I was looking for!) THIS WAS AT 6 PM ON SATURDAY APRIL 17TH 2021...

They are literally a mini Walmart. You get what you expect. Half the size of s normal Walmart. So you get half the supply of one. Really bare minimum.

Waited over 45mins for a pickup order. They dont answer their phones and you cant leave a message because the voice mail box is full. Wont go back to this Walmart again.

Stock was not put away, no one is there to open up the perfume displays. Worker was there and was told we had to go all the way back to customer service and tell them kicking into the cabinet. My husband and I are both handicapped and told the employee my husband could not walk all the way back to customer service send back display case as he was handicapped also and has spinal implants in his back. But the employee didnt want to hear that she just walked away not caring understanding. Well Drive the distance to seek out a different Walmart Supercenter. Wasnt a good experienceto shop there. Not for the handicapped!!🤨🤑😐😑😏😒

The women at the door was rude , harsh, and gave me a difficult time about my service dog. Even though she had her tag! Pass her again and said service dog can’t be in cart. She was in a bag that surrounded her completely.(Where people put there purse- kid in.She is 12 lbs, has cancer on leg and hence the bag. She didn’t careI WILL NEVER GO BACK. Extremely BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Gretca and her team were wonderful. I never had a great experience like I did today. Our kids wanted to cook and play outside today so if want to get a grill that was online but they were out. But they had a different one but the box seen better days. So she made sure I was satisfied. Customer service at its finest.😁

The highlight of my experience is to say this place is a dump. The store typically looks like a bomb went off in half of the store. Shelves are typically in complete disarray. This is nothing against the store itself but Ive been there on more than one occasion where shoplifters are being pursued into the parking lot. Other than going here for super cheap prescription prices I avoid this particular WalMart when it comes to anything else. I will gladly drive further away from my home to not go here.

I went to the QUEST LabsThats in WalmartAnd received the Worst Customer Service on 7-26. The guy was aggressive and rude. I signed in and it was full in wait area, 1 person signed in after me, it was 5 after 3 i went to bathroom , wait area was empty, i sat down , thinking they are moving fast, a person comes out , then another , the male Tech came out looking for person who left several minutes ago, looked at me said nothing went in back. Its after 4 now, i go knock on door and guy comes out and says We are close too late . shuts door and out comes woman Tech , says i called every one on list .. But looks like except one BTW .there was a Maintenance Man in office the whole time.they spent 10. Min telling me they were closed, instead of , Sorry , didnt know anyone was out here, we will take care of NO , THE RUDELY SHOWED ME THE DOOR ,AND SAID WERE CLOSED ,

I was very disappointed. The store was a mess. Shelves had very low inventory. As if it was right before a big storm or a holiday, but it was a Friday morning. Only checkouts available were self checkouts at one end. Might have noticed 7 employees the entire time I was there: 2 were in the pharmacy working, one was looking at shelves and putting info in a tablet but not straightening anything, one was near the checkouts walking around, the rest were standing around talking to each other.

I dont know its like every other Walmart and Walmarts arnt very luxury because its a shopping mall.

Came to do returnables. Returnable room was super messy with trash overflowinf so bad it was all over the floor. Only 2 machines working- they were either full or frozen screens. Greeter called for help, but it took over 40 min to get someone to assist. Then waited another 20 min in customer service with 1 person in front of me because the team lead was working and trying to help regular cashiers. Staff were polite, but you need more or need to reorganize tasks. Lots of cashiers were coming up complaining about needing breaks, but then there was a group of 3 or 5 staff goofing off near by. Just seems disorganized.

Easy to find things in the early morning when store isnt as busy. I do not recommend shopping in the evening

Ghettoest Walmart EVER. There were customers yelling at the man at the door who checks the receipts. The floor in there was super nasty & there was a live bird in the meat department. Dont go to the Walmart on 12 & Vandyke.

Definitely multicultural for everybody whatever your culture is Walmart on 12mile and Van Dyke Warren/ stays stocked with everything you could imagine without going too multiple stores multicultural foods, non food items , clothing , TVs, plus technology , accessories ect. Check Walmart out and you have a option of going too the Super Walmart a few miles away on 14mile Sterling Heights how awesome is that no complaints with either location. Enjoy shopping experience with competent employees and fair pricing for every individuals budget ! 👀👁😁 goodluck Michigan consumers 😃

Quick in and out experience!Wasnt too crowded, electronic section was quick to help me without having to ask for assistance. Shelves were stocked in areas that I went through. All in all it was a great shopping experience.

Let me be CLEAR!!!!If this is the 14 & Van Dyke store I dislike the fact that I have never been able to get thru to Customer Service even before the pandemic!!!I dont know how they get away with letting the phone ring off the hook or maybe they shut the phone off, I dont know, what I do know is it is frustrating and should be unacceptable.When I was in retail I would have been reprimanded and steps would have been taken if it happened again.Very disappointing this continues.

The selection was nice but they shut down all registers at 9pm I only needed two things and the line wrapped around the whole front of the store people with full carts of groceries where ahead of me. Way to big of a headache for two items I’m not waiting an hour to buy a fan and mouthwash.

I have found that the earlier you go the better it is. I found everything I wanted and more. And the service was great. Thanks
