Went to this place on a whim for our regular date night. We ate outside which the weather was absolutely perfect for! Our waiter was the perfect balance of making sure we were okay at the right times and letting us enjoy ourselves. The cocktails here at clearly made with love, you can taste it in every sip! I got the berry smash mule which was delicious and my wife got the cosmo which she said was perfect, both drinks looked beautiful and tasted delightful. Things started to fall off at the appetizers. While the pork belly and and tuna tartare were scrumptious, the buffalo cauliflower were way too big and were a meal within their self. I got the bone in ribeye which was melt in your mouth good and cooked to perfection!!! My wife got the korean fried chicken which tasted very salty and looked nothing like what youd expect. They almost seemed like chicken nuggets dipped or marinated in soy sauce. As for dessert, make sure you ask your waiter early about the homemade donuts here because they sell out fast (we missed out on them)!

Food is good.I’ve ordered their guac 3 times.The last time it was completely black on the top. It was ready at 5.35 and I picked it up at 6.50 (so only 1 h and 20 minutes later). Same as the other times, but this time it was completely different.I called to complain. They said it was my fault because I picked it up late.I make guacamole at home often, it never turns that black in 1 hour.I told them that I had a picture but they didn’t want to look at it and they didn’t give me a refund or a discount, nothing.Besides that, the rest of the food I tried was good.

I love Uproot. The food is amazing; the service superb, and the drinks to die for. Each drink is made with handcrafted ingredients, they make all of their own infusions, and is prepared with care. I have yet to have a bad drink there. The same goes for the food, everything we have ever had there has been amazing. I highly recommend the bourbon wings, French fries (omg!), and any of their pizzas. The steaks are also good - they make them on a wood fired grill which adds a nice flavor to the already great steak. The absolute best part of the restaurant though is the staff. The bartenders, waiters, and back servers are all warm and friendly and makes you feel welcomed every time. The manager, Josh, runs a tight ship and cares deeply about customer satisfaction.

I have been in this area many times and never seen this place. My friend made reservations for 5 and we were sat down right away inside. They practiced social distancing great so we felt safe. The place was so cute and decorated nicely. Our server was Ian and he was great. He gave me drink suggestion of a frozen mah thai and it was great. I also ordered the spicy muscles and it was really good as well. My friends ordered different food items and they loved their dishes and the bill wasnt bad at all at about $29. I had a great experience at this restaurant and will be back.

Uproot is really trendy restaurant with modern decor. I love their eclectic menu. I came her on 3 different occasions and would give them 3 different rating for each visit. The first time I would of gave them 5 stars that night I had the Buffalo Cauliflower as my appetizer which was really good! For dinner I had the Prime strip steak with potato onion cakes which was Amazing! It was the dish I had here so far! Definitely get their prime strip steak! For dessert I had their chocolate chip in a skillet which was very good! The second time I came I felt it was 4 stars. That day I had their fried Brussels sprouts. On the menu it said it was coming with fall spiced butternut sauce, spicy sweet and sour onions, and pickled apples. But, basically it was pretty much just fried Brussels sprouts. It was good, but I wish it had more of the flavors as it was described. For my entree I had the shrimp and noodles which was tasty! Tonight I would of rated it 3.5 stars. I ordered the shrimp and avocado appetizer. It was described as having mashed avocado, fresh mango, crispy corn masa, and chipotle honey. Again, this was another dish that sounded a lot better than it was. It pretty much was mashed avocado with some corn chips. The mango wasn’t sweet as it’s not season now. Overall it was just ok. For dinner I had their burger and fries. The burger was very good! It was nice and juicy! The fries I ordered with it were horrible! They had no seasoning and were over fried! They were too hard and burnt! I was really disappointed with the fries! Overall, I give this restaurant 4 stars. Some dishes are excellent and some just ok, but their fries are terrible! Hopefully, they can improve them! I still want to come back and try some more dishes! I recommend Uproot in Warren!

We had a great week night dinner here over the holidays. We were seated right away (without reservations) and the service and atmosphere was good. We had sandwiches and split a basket of fries- the fried chicken and short rib sandwiches. Food was good but I would try something else next time- the side salad was a handful of fancy lettuce on the same plate as my sandwich. We also had dessert of creme brulee which was delicious!

Awesome takeout. The steaks were done as ordered. The mussels and shrimp were expertly cooked. Will return for sure.

Wow! I dont know where to begin. An amazing menu filled with flavorful dishes that wont disappoint. The decor is chic and the staff is attentive. If you are looking for a delicious restaurant in the Warren area, Uproot should definitely be on your radar.

Looking for a smart casual place with a conversation-welcoming ambiance for lunch? Well look no further.Had a meet and greet with an old friend. We decided to try somewhere new for lunch and glad we chose UpRoot. It was quiet due to the time of day, which was great for conversation. Still had a great ambiance though due to the open spacing and high ceilings. Not to mention, the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating (even with simple gestures to each other about who can grab an extra sauce that I requested).We started out with 12 Chicken Wings which come in two choices of either Tangy BBQ or a Vanilla Bean Buffalo Sauce. For $h!ts and giggles we went half and half. Both great in their own way, but lets just say the Buffalo went a lot faster than the BBQ.Originally I was going to go with the Lunch Pairing, but spotted the Buffalo Cauliflower which unfortunately isnt apart of their deal (no worries you cant win them all). They come with that ever so great Vanilla Bean Buffalo Sauce, Chives, Carrots, Celery, and a Ceamy Bleu Cheese that rounded all the flavors together. Typically, the portion sizes for these types of Vegetarian dishes are not that great, but this ones got its moneys worth.Didnt get any dessert this time around, but ended it with a Cappuccino. Would definitely suggest this place if youre in the area.

Mine and my fiancé’s first time here and highly recommend it! We had the spicy samosas and the Buffalo cauliflower bites to start which were FANTASTIC! I had the Mojo Pork and my fiancé had the Chicken Pani Puri. Everything was delicious. And the desserts did not disappoint either. The donuts are awesome and the chocolate lava cake and boozy shake were a really fun take on chocolate cake and a glass of milk. Great service and wonderful atmosphere! Cant wait until the next time we can come!

I can only give great ratings about this venue: The service is solid, friendly and the atmosphere is awesome, despite what can only be described as harsh times due to Covid. Social distancing and safe dining at the forefront of service at the moment. The quality of ingredients, cooking methods, presentation and value is top notch.Go-to meals: Buffalo Cauliflower, Wings, JMM Burger, The Goat Pizza and homemade donuts. Keep up the great work!

Amazing late lunch i had with my two babies. My waitress was great with me especially since i had two babies that just had shots! Cant wait to back! Food was delicious and super fast!

Great atmosphere, original and tastefully constructed space.I appreciated a restaurant a that lives up to its name Uproot.The food was good and fresh and mostly unique with bold flavors. Our server was attentive but not hovering. Order a couple smalls plates and my favorite was the salmon tarte which blew me away with all the components that complemented that dish. Secondly I order the Korean fried pork chop which I ate half of it and I didn’t exactly enjoy it it was a little over cook to my liking but at that time I was full and ready for dessert. I alerted my waitress and spoke to the manger and he quickly took it off my check which I was not expecting. Will be back shortly to check out the rest of the menu.

Our waiter Steve was beyond exceptional! His recommendations were right on and it made my husbands birthday so special. We started off with truffle fries, crispy mushrooms so delicious.My husband had the pork dinner. I had the salmon. Absolutely delicious and fresh! We also had the dessert special which was cheesecake , it was unbelievable! Steve made our dining experience extra special ! He made it a truly special birthday celebration! He is Simply the Best! Great service. Had a plain salad.. they omitted any dressing. Thought cucumber slices were old.Small glasses of soda. Tap water for at able water. Didnt eat 90 percent of it and waiter never questioned food quality. Avoid this place

Absolutely amazing! Had my bridal shower here this past weekend and everything was perfect! The place is beautiful, the food and drinks are delicious, and the service is impeccable! Not inexpensive, but thats not why you visit here. Hard to give 5 stars on one visit, but its also better than a 4 stars liked it rating.

When I ordered Jameson on the rocks at the beginning of having dinner here for the first time, Uproot earned 5 stars from me when our waiter asked, Would you like small cubes or one large one?This is the kind of conscientious service that will remain in my memory longer and be quicker to recall than the delicious skirt steak (cooked appropriately medium rare) and scallops we ordered, longer than the mushroom toast we started with that were described on the menu as wild mushrooms but tasted and looked more like the ones used as a pizza topping, longer than the spacious decor and the welcoming circular bar we walked through to get to the main dining area, longer than the dessert special we took to go - Coconut Bar with a cranberry-apple jam, peach-apricot jam and marshmallow and perhaps even longer than receiving a plastic coat check number for having our leftovers wrapped up so we could pick them up at the hosts station while they were retrieved from the coat check closet. Or maybe not.

What a great surprise. The setting was snoozeville and when I walked in it felt like I was in a hotel but dont be fooled. The food was knock-your-socks-off good. Nice drink selection and the service was fantastic my meal was one of the best Ive had in quite some time, totally worth the trip. The venue is pretty loud due to the high arched ceilings without much dampening. if you have a hard time with a lot of background noise youre going to struggle here.

I come here about twice a year for the past 3 years and I see the same thing every time I come... Consistently good food with exciting seasonal changes within the menu. Service are eager to please 10 polite as well. Its not rare for multiple people to serve your table. The food is always tasty and In my opinion this is the best place in town.

We use this place to celebrate our colleagues who leave our company. They frequently accommodate large parties and put many tables together. The food is good. The chips and guacamole is great to start. I usually get the custom burger which is great with the fries.

This is an upscale adult bar, but we go there for the food! Outstanding burgers, best in area. Their specials are unique and great. Staff superb. And they have Jersey IPAs on tap! On my top ten list of restaurants.

The closest thing youll get to nyc quality within 30 miles.... Solid diverse menu. Staff was superb. Good beers on draft. Oh, and, probably the best bathrooms I ever been in. Thats a must see alone. Note: energized crowd there and casual clothing passes no problem.

I have been there many times and each time its better and better. This past Saturday, July 26, 2014 I brought in a friend from out of town and it was sensational. The two specials of shrimp tacos and summer lasagna were out of this world! I seriously cant stop thinking about our meal without my mouth watering. The staff is friendly and helpful, the presentation of the food is beautiful and the atmosphere is pleasing to the senses. Its like going to NYC without the drive!

Came here twice on my lunch break- Both times the drinks and food were delicious!!Their wings are some of the best Ive had!Last time I had a Jalapeno Margarita (AMAZING AND FRESH) and the Falafel in Pita with a side of Sweet Potato Truffle fries (HELLOO cheat meal!)ABSOLUTELY yummy!--- They are a bit pricey but you do get very fresh ingredients so I cant complain too much!

Went here for my anniversary dinner it was super nice. Great music, friendly staff, great decor, and most importantly great food. Everything was delicious and the drinks were strong so you got your moneys worth. Definitely a place to try for anyone.

Was seated in a separate section almost outside the primary restaurant area despite having made a reservation a day prior for a special occasion.When we decided to leave, a manager cobbled a few chairs together and made up some space for us. Was getting late for the kids or we would have stuck to the decision to leave...anyway, the restaurant then made it worse by bringing out a few donuts as a token to celebrate a birthday on the nearby table and the waiter stopped by to say ‘happy birthday to you too’ on our table - that was low ‘uproots’, real low.Anyway, I am sure you don’t care since you have enough wallets in Warren to soak up, but I plan to take my money elsewhere henceforth.
