2 months hogye hai, but still abhi b mera problem solve nhi hua, 15 din baad mere product ki warranty chali jayegi, and more than 15 times i visited the store but still i cant get over with my problem, i handover my phone for software issue as they said at 10.30 am and they not even touched my phone till 6 pm, later when i sit for 2 hours they updated my software, and still its my problem not solve, now they said need to change part for that i have been there for 7 to 8 times and i am waiting for parcel of part🙏🙏 too frustrated with service, specially staff always have some reasons and excuses for our work🙏 MI india do something otherwise u will loose the costomers

Got my redmi note 10 pro from here at online price. I had some issues from my side with payment but the store co-ordinated with me.

The executive and staff of this store is very arrogant and they talk customer very badly. I got worst experience in this shop. I dont buy products from this shop.
