Where poor service and they have very bad attitude towards the customers, especially the person named “Ramesh” has very arrogant behaviour. Never ever he spoke or behaved politely to customers and has No knowledge about the products. I strongly recommend the concern management to take action on this person especially, otherwise without these corrections the sales and important of SONY PRODUCTS might be effected from this particular exclusive SONY store.Thank you.
