I am so very frustrated with this guy called Ranjith who proudly calls himself the proud owner of this company. Totally uncommitted towards the promises made to the customer, keeps telling lies and every now and then stops responding to calls. I regret my decision to having given my new house lift contract to such irresponsible person and i am stuck with him. While rest of my house activities are moving at a brisk pace but the lift work has hardly made any progress. I paid the first installment to get the frames and angles and have it installed. It took him more than a month to get the frames to begin with and then a week to install. Then it took about 6 weeks to get the angles and another 6 weeks to have them installed. And all this while i have been following up with him on daily basis losing my piece of mind and he always has a story as an excuse. I am so annoyed with his irresponsible behavior that for the next piece of work i advised him to get the mechanical parts to the site and start the work due which i will pay off the complete second installment. But to my disgust he always narrates a story as a loser and i never get a feeling a talking to a company owner. He is either travelling to warangal or attending family functions but takes no time to address client concerns. He has no command or control whatsoever over the people that work for him. His people are never available to complete his work and when i question in this regards he suggests me to talk to his people directly. Why should i be when he has signed the contract, he should be addressing these issues and not me. He promised me to complete all the work by July 10 since our last meeting a month back but zero progress has been made since then. And now he has stopped responding my calls for the last 2 days which is just not acceptable. I wonder how he is able to sleep and live his life peacefully by giving his client mental stress and sleepless nights. The only way forward to me now is to drag this company into consumer forum !!!!

This service provider doesnt lift calls. Completely irresponsible customer care. Elevator comes to a deadstop after 15 days of service and he doesnt care. Do yourself a favor and chose some other service provider.

Worse after sales service, they wont respond towards the service. Too pathetic and too worse. I wont recommend to anyone

Such an idiotic lift I never seen, its installed in our building, doors won’t work, it will stop in between suddenly, u will be stuck for hours waiting for the technician, and this is not once, from day one it is installed, please don’t go with this, you can come check this stupid lift in madinaguda, beside vijetha godown.
