Great store, eventhough it is small you can find all basic sportswear in here. Well stocked an very polite and helpful staff.

The manager didn’t want to refund me a pair of shoes that never arrived in the shop, he literally kicked me out of the shop saying that it was closing time and he didn’t have the time to serve me, I was there at 10 to 6 with the door of the shop already closed with keys… he asked why I was late… 10 to 6 it is your business time, if you don’t want to do your job, just quit…. Very bad experience

After buying a pair of sneakers with different sizes, i went back to the store to get 1 shoe replaced with the correct size. They gave me a shoe that had noticeably been fit by alot of people, instead of a new shoe.A small refund for my extra trip with train was out of the question to.

Worst customer care..order shoes and waited for 15 days for delivery and at the end after sending 20 emails..i receive reply that they wil refund.they are blaming me that i requested for delivery change of shipment...which i never did ..i sent 40 emails and it takes 1day to reply every email from customer care.here is my order # 53937265i tried calling on cusotmer care..it goes to automated service which is worst and waste of money...facebook chat nobody cares to replyemail it takes 1 day to reply and they copy paste same messagethey told me they will provide replacement order..after chasing for 4 days they change ther mind and telling me to place new order..i bought shoes on black friday for 65 euros and now the price is 90..why should i place order paying more ?customer care dont even care of reading email..they copy paste by saying sorry and we will refund..

They basically laughed at me at this store. I couldnt speak Dutch so when I asked for a size one of the employees started to fool me. Disgusting experience.

Its a shame that if you order something from JD, they only find out a week later that they dont have it in stock.

The only thing that helps an organization that is so poor that they cannot track your package and say that you have to wait 11 to 28 days is to give each branch 1 star and I also encourage other donors to report and use this bellaberde until their normal stores are as worthless as their webshop .. yes they have nice products, but alixpress does better in terms of shipping and reassurance and that comes from the other side of the world .... so you would think that those people who work here have a very low IQ .....

Package was delivered quickly.. neatly packaged..No problems encountered.

They advertise online with free click & collect, but it was not free. I have addressed this problem to customer service and they refer me to the terms and conditions that there may be errors on the website, for which they are not liable.I find the way they handled this complaint very bad.

Well, staff just dont speak ABN

Bad service never buy shoes anymore. Air max bought after a few months sole already leak. The shoes cannot be returned because JD Sport has no direct line with Nike. Pff. I bought the same problem last year at Footlocker airmax. The shoes are just neatly sent back to Nike within one year and I received new ones.

Good and with special things from well-known brands only available there, be sure to check whos into something like that

This figure may not be entirely fair. But there are also people with a size larger than 47. Would be nice if there were some stock. And not just online.

Acceptable prices

3 weeks ago a return was returned to this store and several times contacted in different ways about this return but to date no response may receive and my money back. Store is unreachable and customer service does not respond.
