First time attending the float centre. Did a 90 minute float session. Staff were extremely friendly and informative regarding the process. An extremely relaxing experience. A great time to just focus on being present and meditating. Ive had some issues sleeping recently and after one session I have noticed such a difference. Cant wait to come back in the next few weeks. Would definitely recommend for anyone thats curious.

Such a wonderful experience! The lovely Clint greeted me and talked me through my first float session ever, I was a bit nervous but he explained everything so well I couldn’t help feeling safe and relaxed. Being in the tank took some getting used to, it felt a bit humid and stuffy, and the lid was cracked open so I could see some light from the room, but after a few minutes I was able to settle in and had the most relaxing hour of my life. It was incredible to be so weightless, to see and feel nothing, to experience true peace. I can honestly say I have never been this relaxed in my twenty-odd years of consciousness. Thank you Clint and Newcastle Float Centre! I will visit again soon.

I cannot emphasize enough how amazing this place is. I have PTSD and the relief I get both physically and mentally from a float is beautiful. The staff are so nice and welcoming and make you feel even more relaxed. Dont hesitate if you are thinking of trying, just do it. You wont regret a single second.

Awesome friendly staff and service - highly recommend to experience as a massage and float package to limber and loosen any tense muscles before the float. Comparatively between a massage/float and just floating it makes a bigger difference than I thought it would!

My husband and I visited for a special occasion. The room is lovely although it would have been better if wed seen the salt lamp at the start which gave the room ambiance. It was a very different experience but we both thoroughly enjoyed it and felt oddly mellow and chilled for several hours afterwards. I would visit again.

Having recently experienced float and hypnotherapy sessions for pain, I am more than happy to write this review about Newcastle Float Centre.Both floating and hypnotherapy have been beneficial with successful outcomes from stress and anxiety that in turn have aided my ability to control my feelings and thoughts in a more positive way.The floating experience switched off my pain completely for the entire one-hour sessions and that brought a wonderful sense of relaxation giving me time to retrain my thoughts.Following on from floating, Trisha Wallace – Clinical Hypnotherapist has guided me through relaxation techniques involving breathing, self-awareness and imagination that have taught me to re-direct negative pathways therefore acknowledging less pain and discomfort and learning to live in the moment by tapping into my subconscious.With each new day, I look forward to experiencing this pleasant and refreshing way of life knowing that I can switch off unpleasant sensations within my body at any given moment. This will improve with practice and having the continued support and care that has been evident throughout this learning experience.

Clean and pleasant surroundings in an old house. Nice showers. They supply soap and shampoo and towel but no hair dryers for after. Its nice floating but not for me. Too long.

Had the pleasure of participating in one of the Sunday Discovery Sessions today. It was my first time floating and all of the staff involved made me feel comfortable and welcome. It was such an indescribable experience and I urge anyone to give it a go, youll leave wanting another turn. Amazing!

I went on a Sunday which was a very special day filled with massage, reike, a float and lunch. I personally feel it is very rare to find customer service at the highest standard; burst the float Centre I cannot express enough how genuinely good I was made too ferl. Everyone was so nice a d legitimately cared. The whole experience was outstanding and Trish is an amazing cook and her mum is beautiful. Everyone there is beautiful.
