Went into Wallsend store today to exchange shoes bought for Christmas, the girl serving wasnt interested in looking at the shoes or recipt instead said you only have 30 days to exchange. When I said I had asked Charlestown on Thursday night and they were happy to do it she said oh youll have to go there then as thats not our policy. Walked out the shop and called Glendale who was happy to help. Ill head there now at least they have some customer service.

Good service had what I wanted.

The service was wonderful. The staff were so friendly and helpful. My two stepsons were fitted out with new school shoes and given a little treat after. I would highly recommend this shop.

Can be quite expensive at times even in Sale periods

Customer service is rude and unfriendly will never go back to this shop again.
