I joined this GP practice a couple of months a go.Every staff member I have communicated with via telephone or email has been excellent.I now use Doctorlink if I feel I may need a call back with a GP.This frees up space on the telephone for someone who actually may need to speak to a receptionist/GP straight away.Thank you for all your help.
I would like to thank all the staff for helping me when I was suffering with COVID-19. Receptionists were kind and friendly. Doctors called me back promptly. Doctor took his time and listened to me and made me feel comfortable.
I have been with this surgery for 17 years and have been very happy with the quality of service provided by the members of staff here, from the reception and nurses to the doctors.
I changed to this doctors surgery 6 months ago, very apprehensive as I had been with my previous surgery since I was a child (35 years!) but I have found it to be brilliant. Lovely and very efficient doctors, very thorough investigations done in a short time for what my ailments were, receptionists have always been very friendly and helpful, which seems to be very unusual for most surgeries! The repeat prescription team I spoke to were also really friendly and helpful. I have always had a call back from the GP when requested within a couple of hours. Would definitely recommend to others.
Tried ringing three times today and waited an average of 21 minutes with no answer.Patients are told to be patient but we are subject to frustrating situations such as the above and are not expected to complain.
This Doctors does not deserve any bad ratings They are Excellent, caring, supportive and hardworking staff. I will not change my doctors ever.I always get immediate care from the doctors when me or my children need it.Thankyou so much
The staff are very rough and rude , I can not get them for a few days and I ended up on emergency. they are not helpful at all !!!Im writing you regarding my registration on your practice.I already done my online registration but I never received any confirmation email.I call few times to ask about my registration because I had a medical problem,the answer was always the same call us tomorrow I ended up in emergency and when they finally picked up the phone Ive been told to call back tomorrow and they hung up .Thats very frustrating, and I will write a complaint.Please be more polite to the patient!

Staff are always rude and impatient when I’m trying to book an appointment. I was told after 4weeks of booking to pick up my e-referral without knowing it was already cancelled so I just wasted my money and time going there for a cancelled booking and would have to book another appointment and wait for another 3weeks.
I have nothing but praise for this practice. All the doctors are totally committed and caring. Over the past 12 weeks of lockdown, we have needed to access advice and care. We can always get a phone appointment on the same day. Treatment is always speedy and efficient. Telephone consultations have been thorough, with no sense that we’re being rushed. We’ve been with this practice in one form or another for 30 years and, when I hear of other people’s experiences of health care, I thank my lucky stars that they’re there, just five minutes along the road! They are outstanding.
I have been with this practice for over 20 years, I have always found the reception staff friendly and polite and the nurses and Doctors very professional, caring and efficient. I have always managed to get an appointment when Ive need one and wouldnt want to go anywhere else. Thank you!
Rude staffDoctor never calls if you booked a slot. Receptionits gives wrong information. Hard to reach thought.. Not happyMy case is not urgent but still Im human being would like to see professional.
Have been with this practice for over 10 years. Called to get some help for my son who was unwell, Dr Jaulin was more concerned about our temporary address. The next day I got a letter telling me to find another practice! He was abrupt, very condescending and unprofessional. I will seek legal advice due to discrimination
Impossible to get an appointment at. Usually 10-14 day wait for appointment or you can call on the day for emergencies and get a telephone assessment and potentially come in. This is really counter-productive for people with full-time jobs as you cannot notify employers in advance. If you do get an appointment they are always running late. Very frustrating as my Dr is wonderful!
Ive been a patient at this practice for several years and I have always found the staff to be polite and helpful. The doctors I have seen (Usually Dr Calverly) have been professional and dedicated to their patients.
I only visit the doctor if im in desperate need and if no meds work! I only rang the practice to see if i can speak to a doctor and didnt even ask for appointment. To be told by Sandra the receptionist sorry we are fully booked!! Also booked to even talk to a doctor. I work in the care sector thats not the way you speak to patients.
2 weeks for an appointment, nurse is particularly unhelpful & arrogant. Completely unjustified.Avoid
Visted on various complaints and seen Dr Maria, she spends time listening to the symptoms, comes up with solid well thought out advise, does not rush and is caring, would highly recommend her.
Worst healthcare experience ever. Refused to see me with a heart issue as I wasnt registered despite having appointment space and recently having moved house - the staff have no care for their patients well-being they just follow policy. They then took SEVEN DAYS to regiser me all the while I pleaded everyday for an appointment and they said no and moved as slow as possible to register me. I finally rang my old GP who saw me the same day and gave me paperwork for a referral but told me I should check with my new GP as they couldnt refer to my local area. The GP reused to refer me without seeing me (I had tried for over a week to get an appointment) - I agreed to come in immediately and was declined and the doctor was finally able to see my on my first day at my new job.Absolutely shocking staff/service - this is why the NHS is falling apart, poor staff concerned only about following policy rather than looking after patients - to say Im annoyed is an understatement.And when I finally did see the doctor he repeated all the same tests that I had completed in the last 2 weeks for which he had the results for and, surprise surprise he got the same results.If you can help it, go somewhere else!
Doctor very kindly rang me back when I was in some distress last week . Im popping in later to pick up a hospital form & with luck see someone if I get put on as an extra .
Long appointment times. No regard for patients.
