Geeta H and other staff were very helpful and polite. They were professional with packaging and communications. 2 star because social distancing was not followed around the country/in the store and even after my turn, they took almost an hour to pack a simple box and generate invoice. Also the local branch was not reachable by phone since 2 days, so I didnt get the free pick facility and had to drive myself which is far.

Pure professional service. Cozy offfice, helpful staff and easy approach from the main road. A bit costly but worth every bit. They explain you the different options in detail.This is anytime a better option instead of FedEx at Golani naka.

Good service for international courier, their partner bluedart is also good in service, they delivered my courier within 3days where other courier services asked time for 7days.Cost wise little high, but its okay when its the matter of urgency.Thanks a lot, for good service,
