Construction quality is good.Flats are specious, Support staff is good.Only thing bothered me is wine shop opened in project commercials.Lot of crowd for wine shop having cross parking of vehicles here & there.Do visit the project in evening before making a decision.I don’t understand why builder has sold shops for wine shop in residential project.

Prime location... Everything is very close...security is of no use in the society its just a show piece.. rest flats are good...

An excellent project by vinodebuildcon. Builder and entire staff are very co-operative. Special mention of Mr Prashant Ambure. Even though new in business, the builder has ensured that all material used in construction are of best quality. A live example of commitment in existing development/construction business. Building is good on main road.. but it has wine shop at basement
