I felw down from USA for personal work. As I did not have much clothing since initial planning was for couple of days which extended over a month, I badly needed to purchase something to withstand rough weathers here.I asked local guys and they asked me try royaleway at MIDC wai at its manufacturing unit. Staff was local and mostly women. Guy on the counter explained me about fabrics used however it was absolutely wrong since Im from fashion and textile background. Since I was in dire need and counter guy, Nilesh,wanted me to try clothes instead of purchasing everything in bulk, I purchased a cotton t shirt and a track pant. Hoodies, cotton tracks with light color etc as he explained the stock was over due to corona. However apprehensive I was of course without expressing outward guy just kept on showing colors and polyester clothing which of course I found very pathetic. At last when I told him there are no cottons he finally frowned at me and kept everything aside.When it came to pricing guy told even the owner purchaes clothes at the rate displayed and hence there shall not be discount and will only be there only if I purchase it in bulk. Does that even makes any sense?As the stay was extended and clothes I purchased liked very much initially track pant for rs 500, t shirt for 250, I was very careful while using them and would only use in nights as throughout day Id be out in business casual. However within a week there were pilling on grips of pant. I was awestruck at first however I decided to report it to them immediately.When they gotten to know were reporting issue the treatment was way worse than what was it earlier. They even accused me of washing it in washer, while the label was still in tact and i had not even washed it ones. They just kept checking with internal guys what explanation to provide to neither replace not refund money and all this while came back with some explanation which made no sense and was accusative in nature. Finally Nilesh the guy who sold me clothes and asked for replacement (he meant refund) and then the guy on the counter refunded money. I generally dont like returning items except in this case of I am extremely unhappy with behaviour and quality.Clothes Im really not sure how much can I say are reliable however the staff is utterly pathetic. No hospitality, no ethics and no manners at all. I even had reported about the stock issues thru portal but there is no response so far.I dont think Id recommend this to anyone. People from nearby places can purchase it since for them its a no choice thing. I really want CEO of the company to know please also look at staffs soft skills while hiring than referral based hiring which is common practice in places like this would be great.
