Ordered Sarong Plus Bikini for my wife, cost and quality doesnt match here.It literally cost me 5k plus but i genuinely didnt like the quality of overall swimwear, Sarong was just one simple cloth piece that too for 2450 . And worst of all these guys dont accept returns. Not recommended at all.

Ordered a co ord set online which was on sale and was completed disappointed with the quality of the product & they got the sizing absolutely wrong.The material mentioned on their website says chiffon blend but when the product arrived it was similar to spandex or lycra mixed with polyester, Super deceiving!They conveniently put inferior products on sale & have no return or exchange policies.Down right fraud.Please do not buy anything on sale. Its probably to dispose of the items that otherwise would have been discarded.Now, what am I supposed to do with an oversized top & a poor quality bottom?!

I had ordered a crop top for my daughter’s birthday I was literally very confused about the styles.. must say this is the perfect place where you can get All kind of styles it was really easy for me to choose a trendy top which my daughter really liked btw.. fabric quality was Good perfect fitting.. would love to shop more.. if they give some more discounts 😅👍

Horrible customer service and unreliable team.They will tell you your order is ready and after a month of following up from tracking number and getting no response from their team, they will tell you that the product is out of stock now because they processed prepaid orders.Beware cod customers, youre given no priority at all.Dont buy if you need a timely delivery.Im generally okay if the order takes more time than expected. But the lying about the status of my order and the fact that my order was ignored and prepaid orders were processed was what upset me. And they realised that they had gone out of stock after over a month. Even though delivery was promised after 10-12 days.

Read a lot of weird reviews about this place before I ordered online from them but to be honest, I had a great experience! Never usually write reviews on google but they were super quick with their delivery of this beautiful swimsuit (which honestly made me feel comfortable in my body) and the stuff was good too! Keep up guys! :)

Fancy Pants is my most favourite place to shop before an event or any upcoming trip! The clothes are one of a kind, very chic and I always get asked where the outfit is from! The girls are very helpful, whether in store or over the phone! Loving the new vocal for local collection! Way to go girls!

Worst customer service there ever can be.I placed an order for a pendant, and recieved no mail/ sms confirmation for the same. After 20 days of no such communication, i contacted them to know my order status. I was in a rude shock that they dint even know i had placed the order. They said il get it in a day or two. This was after i contacted them and it was a prepaid order and maybe thats why there was no seriousness from their side to execute the order.Worst even, i did not get my order after 3-4 days of waiting to which they said it has gone for production and will take few more days. After few days when i checked with them they replied we have processed your refund. I mean what is this service even ? I was not even told i wont get my piece, not was i communicated the delay in getting my order and nor when they automatically cancelled my order!Such pathetic customer service and no seriousness in executing order in times when customer is supposed to b everything.I am appalled at their non responsiveness and lethargy ! Will never recommend this store to anyone for the sheer trouble i went through in following up for my order.Btw not even a single apology from their side for the blunder.Just a simple “You will get your refund” text over whatsapp.Worst customer service i have ever experienced👎🏻

I’ve purchased items online from the store and it’s been super quick with delivery. Loved the quality! Recently went to their store. Loved the ambience, being an architect. Loved their collection even more. Just found one of the staff members to be very cold and unfriendly. As a person who has travelled everywhere, I make friends very easily and am always friendly. But this lady at the store, very pretty, somewhat helpful, but not friendly at all. It’s all about the experience. As an entrepreneur, I am very happy the brand is doing very well and hope to see it grow. Just don’t want bad staff sullying their reputation. Hope you take this positively!

Shoddy Store & Customer Service. Would never recommend this!These guys are prioritizing company policy above the customer needs. They refused to re-issue my own Store Credit amount back to me, despite me requesting for the same due to COVID delay & personal reasons. So much so, that they blocked me on their IG page as well so that I couldnt initiate a DM with them.They are Mismanaging social media team and mention that have to see 300+ responses apart from from providing incompetent Email support. No wonder they do not have a Refund policy and a Store Credit policy.I am sure this review shall be blocked as well just as I have been blocked from other portals. :)Fancy job, guys!PS. Absolutely love the designs on the website as well as their Insta page, but I ordered an item almost a month ago that is yet to be delivered :( Not quite happy with the delayed delivery which was ideally scheduled for 10-15 days due to covid.

Liked the designs though sizes are big headache either small or big compared to the standard sizes.Lack of communication and understanding!All the best! Just a friendly feedback.

Condescending attitude of the staff is extremely off putting. Very obvious that they will only cater to people who look/ dress a certain way. I was told what I wanted to buy was expensive. The only reason I give youll 3 stars is because your clothes, store and ambiance is wonderful and I loved my purchase, but Im not buying anything from you guys again. Pictures were exactly as products and 2 girls in store collected everything for me and suggested wrapping it in gift paper also. Happy to see a helpful atmosphere for men to shop for women. I have bought two bodysuits from their website cost around 3600 and I didn’t like the material at all .. not worth would say.i have asked them to return it but they have weird return policy! They don’t refund and if you exchange a product once you can’t exchange that again.I’m really disappointed with these people.I will not suggest anyone to purchase anything from their website.If it’s the matter of cost .. you can deduct the amount of courier charges however but your products are really useless for me now as i have size issues and fitting is not up to the mark.You people should consider customer point of view as well! And it was worth rs 3500

Amazing collection all the time !!

We went to their trunk sale in juhu where we they had really good deals and fashionable clothing. The only problem was that the sale was in a really small room and there were 7-8 people of their own staff only crowding the room. All the sale stuff was in boxes and so it was difficult to find nice things. We wanted to go through more stuff but the chaos made it difficult. The staff was generally helpful but we saw them roll their eyes at us a couple of times.Not cool guys!

My & my daughter-in-laws go to place when we have to look great! In-store staff is so helpful & sweet.

It was very clearly asked before placing the order whats size should i go in for! It was a mistake from your end! Atleast a 5 day delay shouldnt be imposed on your customer who is already dissatisfied! Also i couriered back the product, which was again not my duty! Since you guys were at fault! And it was very clearly mentioned that this product is a waste for me! As the shoulders are totally drooping! which means obviusly the customer is gonna return back the product! So now if a customer gets 5 days delayed, you guys wud just return back the product coldly!? Woah!

Very bad, its a copy of shein, romwe & multiple chinese alixpress store like simplee apparel, love & lemonade, adyce, etc to name a few. You can easily get it at less than half the price shown on their website. Sizing is a big headache because its way smaller than the standard sizes. Their policies are too bad, no returns/ exchange on time, first of all they pickup up late & then blamce you for the delay, people at their store are too rude. Please improve the service & be polite to your clients. We are paying double the price but still we get what bad service & bad service.

As a first time customer I had a really bad experience. After ordering on the 8th of May and my order still not received by the 22nd of May I told them to refund my part order. They said within 4-5 Working days it would be done. Today is the 31st of May and still its not processed. After calling them innumerable times , they still dont call back regarding the status. Very bad management .

Bought a shirt on their website. Returned it without trying cause didnt like material quality. Didnt accept my return cause apparently the shirt had tears. I guess the quality was so poor that in the process of return the fabric tore. Please check your returns properly. Poor service from their end and the courier company.
