I attended pottery workshop here. With a few easy tricks they make you capable of making your own master piece. Good management of events, good staff, amazing studio. However you have to struggle a bit to get your work back after baking since the time period is of 3-4 weeks. They did forget to hand me over one of my pot, but on request they did arrange for delivery to nearest railway station. Grateful.

I attended the Madhubani workshop before the pandemic hit us and I was completely in my element. The credit not only goes to the teachers who’re extremely patient but also the staff that make you feel at home. Can’t wait to go back!

Attended a workshop conducted by Iteeha on Shibori-tie and dye at Church Street Social. It was a very enjoyable experience. Ritika and group gave us an overview of the textile art and demonstrated different techniques. We were able to try out a variety of combinations with the props provided, and create our own dyed stole at the end of the session. A very creative three hours that was totally worth the money. Lot of takeaway from the workshop. Definitely recommend this!

Our son (10 years) has participated in a few workshops by Iteeha. They have a wonderful studio in Todi mill where they conduct many of their workshops based on tradional Indian Art(for the most part i think). As parents we found the Iteeha team very friendly and helpful in a charming manner which has brought joy to our son and encouraged him to pursue the arts with them.

Fun place located in Raghuvanshi Mills near Lodha Supremus building, off SB Marg. It’s one of the first few shops on the left once you enter the mills. They hold art classes (mostly fabric based) and also sell their handicrafts. Good ambience and very creatively done up. A good way to spend a lazy afternoon sipping tea and doing doing some art. Pick a weekday one when there are less crowds to take it slow. The staff are attentive and polite, and also knowledgeable about their crafts. Give it a try!

A cute art studio located at mathuradas mill compound lower parel. Attended two workshops here - one on shibori and another one on malaysian batik. the method of teaching is good and authentic and they ensure you finish your piece of art successfully. However, you only get to take back what you created The raw material used during workshop isnt a part of the take home kit. You separately need to buy it from them. No food is provided during the duration of workshop. Only light beverage would be offered.the prices of the workshops are a little steep and all workshops are conducted only at the lower Parel studio. They dont have workshops at other venues across Mumbai at the moment. A go to place to learn indian textile art forms in its authentic way.

I attended kalamkari , patachitra workshops at arts village bangalore conducted by iteeha. it was a wonderful experience. Ritika the main instructor of these workshops is an excellent resource person. She is very knowledgeable about folk arts and traditional textiles and teaches the basics step by step. She also allows for freedom ,individual expression and encourages creativity. overall its the best place for anyone eager to learn folk arts. The main motive behind iteeha to preserve our folk culture is greatly appreciable.Keep up the good work iteeha !!!
