I recently had service of my hp notebook 15, due to BIOS update my laptop was not starting. I had bought laptop from checkmate in 2019 so I reached out to them. They had pick and drop service. The engineer came and checked the issue then took to their service centre. After 2 days they had solved the issue by changing battery and formatting and returned my laptop. Its working fine now. They were constantly updating me with the progress. I never had to follow up. Very good service. I would always recommend. Thank you so much.

So I am connected to Checkmate Challengers from past 6-7 years I guess. And Ill be very honest with this that Ive never had a dull moment with them. I buy laptops and other accessories from them.So my current laptop is 2 years old and Im very heavy user as I have to work with different applications and also I use it on duel boot mode as I am ubuntu OS fan too. The kind of guidance and support you provided was immense..My laptop was not in a state to work, it was nor responding to any comand and neither the battery was charging.. during this lockdown work from home is the only option and which was in a process, suddenly the system turned into a black screen and was not responding.. even after many trial and error the system was dead..Finally with due concern of my friend I got Naresh Sirs contact number.. after explaining the issue and the symptoms faced by the system, he guided me with some technical commands which helped me to restart my system and put it into work again within few minutes..I was with an opinion to hire a laptop on rental basis and other thoughts, however Naresh Sir saved all my time and money by his professional experience and his skill & knowledge...In this lockdown it was really a tough time for me to reach any repair centre ..
