The line is good and quality is decent too but the staff is not that co operative. They dont attend to your needs as per your requirements. A sales person disappeared as I asked him for help and another one wouldnt talk back to me when I asked her to give me a different size.

This place is actually inside a building, so people who are familiar with the area would recognise it easily as it is not there on the main road like the other apparel outlets. But very well maintained and lot of parking space available. Lot of options to shop for men/women of all ages. The staff is also courteous and helps you in navigating to a particular section of brand which you are looking for.

Westside Borivali is good. Kids collection is superb. But they have limited stocks of Mens formals

Westside is one of the places where one can get clothes at reasonable prices and of good quality. They have wide range of products for all age groups. The staff is good and helpful. A nice place to shop for good quality clothes, accessories and footwear.

Shopping experience is very good. Staff is also very helpful. The only problem is same pattern is followed for years in Indian wears. Only color or design of fabric is changing otherwise everything remains same. Need to make some changes.

Clothes are good with good pricing but the only problem is with the billing department. They are very slow and this creates big lines at the billing counter at ground floor.

Parking in 4th basement is a thrilling experience. no other way to exit / enter basement than the car lift, which malfunctions frequently.

West side is one of the best places to shop at. Would have rated it 5 stars if it had more options in western clothing as opposed to its wide and huge variety in traditional clothing usually always first when you enter. It is cheaper than other branded clothing stores like F21, HM etc. but has quality material and but less options to select from.

It is a stand alone gid shopping mall with loads of items to choose from there is also limted reserved parking for four wheeler and two along with temp check and sanitisation at entrance. All Clothes Sanitisation as well

Its western clothes collection is also worth a buy. Overall a good place to shop for gifts, apparel, lingerie. Be it festival, casual or office wear. Traditional or Western. This is one of the best spots for your clothing. This Westside has a better collection compared to Infinity, Malad. I intended to buy just a shirt ended up buying quite a lot of stuff. They usually run out on sizes which proves the clothes are in demand. The staff is helpful. The collection is fresh and keeps you holded in the store. The only con of this place is parking is limited. Would recommend you to take a two-wheeler and also there are only three changing rooms in men’s section which could be an issue at a peak time or an event. Overall this place has the latest and a good collection of clothes and you would find something for yourself at a reasonable price.

Westide as a brand is superb. The store at Borivali compares with all the other stores. Its large and spacious and currently theres a good stock of summer wear. I shopped in the womens section. Theres a wide choice of ethnic and western wear. The lingerie and sleep wear is also good. They stock footwear as well.The only thing I miss is their home section which is there in other stores. However the store in Borivali is convenient to shoppers from the surrounding areas.The Borivali store has very efficient and helpful staff.

Peaceful place to shop around for both Women and Gents. The AOI is that the staff needs to be more effective when it comes to customer handling as I felt they lacked in the convincing, showing options and also when it comes to discounts. Not many Size options available even when checked with staff u get a monotonous answer..Out of Stock.

Floor staff is very helpful at this place.Also there is lots of parking space available here for both 2/4 wheelers.Best of all they have testers of Perfumes at the cash counter... which you will suerly try as the bill is been prepared and will end up purchasing it.

Parking the cars in basement takes forever

As always the best collection in the locality compared to other multi brand stores. Staff is friendly. Though the designs are limited but some are really nice

Even in lockdown the store was fully stocked with latest designs and all safety protocols in place. Only thing with the curfew timing in mind store is open till 6 pm.
