Family room are good and spacious. Food is also good. Very peaceful place to stay, relax and have a spiritual tour.Some difficulties are there with WiFi.Room & toilets for drivers are not good. That needs improvement.

And due to lack of staff you need to get the wheelchair from a far main gate on ur own or u need to wait for the required time for the staff to get free from his ongoing work*Despite of complaining more than 3 times the bed problem of room no 234 was not resolved at all. Response to customers problem is 2 out of 5.Moral of the story.If u do not have any1 who needs wheelchair, you can manage to eat outside/or the taste satisfies your buds,you can visit and check the rooms amenities properly then its a 100% yes. Or else you can check other places too... They have ananda castle on the opposite foot, looks good from outside seems to be newly constructed, you can check them too....

One of the best and luxurious hotel in Vrindavan, awesome place to stay.Staff is polite and good and best thing is that it is nearby all famous temples and a minute walk from Prem Mandir and iskcon temple!Food quality is so good and on reasonable prices!Rooms are nice and well spacious, interior of room is so good but washrooms are little bit uncleaned!Santoshi mata mandir is also located inside the hotel in front of main gate!Playing area is also available inside the hotel, overall all facilities are good and provided to the guests or tourists to enjoy their journey!💕राधे राधे💕

Spacious room in good location. Walkable to Iskcon temple. AC was working great on hot sunny days. Staff service is good. Food was also good in their restaurant.Bathrooms are old with rusted taps, cracked floors. Water wasn’t clean. Otherwise it’s a great hotel.

Well connected to all major temples. Very cordial staff. Rooms are very large. Ours had 4 bed and attached personal courtyard. Restaurant serves awesome Jain food (no onion no garlic). Place is very peaceful and hence the reason many foreigners also prefer this place. Parking space is limited for around 15 cars.

Its nice hotel. Very close to the isckon. Just a few minutes. Simple Indian breakfast. We really needed a heater (January) and hotel provided this - this was the best!!! Thank you!

Reasonable and pious property with Krishna in the air. When we stayed, lot of Russian ISKCON followers were staying. Good food. Only negative is that in the peak hour some times police barricades the area and you cant bring your car up to Hotel. Otherwise this property is full value for money.

The rooms are big. Good location. AC works well.Coeaning and maintenance is also good. Only issue if u stay in the ground floor, will be that u wont get mobile network as its kinda basement.

Location is perfect, all temples are in the vicinity. Parking available although outside the premises of hotel.TV And AC remotes were broken, cleanliness was an issue.Food quality is also good.Staff was friendly and responsive.Overall it was value for money.

If it possible I want to give -5 star/WORST SERVICE EVER, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, We pay in Advance is our huge mistake, They dont provide guest water in room, dont provide towels,You have to carry all your belongings self,No room services available. We have book 13 rooms and after that this problem faces, If you book room in this hotel your money wasted ,Be careful .

Nice place. Room was nice ,also restaurant service and its food. Taking one point for not cleaning the room after repeatedly calling the house cleaning.

This hotel is very good for family, very good room for 4 family members with kitchen and microwave facility.clean wash room and nice restaurant. Parking facility is also there around 40 mtr ahead from the main gate. Water feature and a temple within the premise...so I recommend it. Prem Mandir and Iscon temple are also within reach, you can walk upto 1.5 km else take e-rickshaw from the main gate.

Very recommended. Owner is very nice, rooms are spacious and clean. They let us extend a few hours to clean ourselves after Holi festival for free.
