HORRIBLE. Dont book a room with this hotel if you dont want your trip to be completely ruined and turned upside-down at the very last minute. I booked with them 2 weeks in advance from my check in date, payed IN FULL and in advance. Now, HOURS before Im meant to check in, they call to tell me they have no rooms available. Are these people serious? How is this OK? I am now left with taxi/train ticket bookings to this hotel, with no actual room during Holi, the the busiest time of year there. Completely perplexed and left in the gutter. What a shame. VERY poor service and completely unfair reasoning. I BOOKED IN ADVANCE!! So, so SO rude.
