The place was as any sonovision shop would be with the ambience and the appliances. But the people who represent it were the issue. The experience in the shop was very bad. There were no minimum manners or professionalism among the staff. Except the person dealing with us most of the staff dint have the decency to behave when customers were inside the premises for purchase.

I purchesed A washing machine in sonovisin... They Are giving very good Pricing &good Service also.... Sales mans Have Very good Knowledge &Manager also Very Good Person...... Im Very satisfactory.. ..

Dont buy tvs from the sonovision service not providing well bad remark on them within 20 days my been screen problem it was defect piece display piece and the pieace may be damage before letter developed its my opinion nor exchanged saying 70% percent to pay then we will give new unit i lost 44000/- tv and is to pay emi bad experience in my life very bad ,

There own staff dont know what products are available or not. They have a arrogant behaviour as if they are giving freely.
