Maintenance of the lawns could have been better. Water tanks are filled with lots of un used and rainy water. Some people are jumping the gates and breaking the locks for their unlawful activities, leaving behind lots of liquor bottles. Police patrolling in the night time is needed.

A place to be. Visakhapatnam is one of the cleanest cities in India. Lot of places to go around the city. Hill slope houses are beautiful. Parks almost everywhere.

Once the class one living colony converted to just a third& second grade commercial hub. Entire living privacy gone. Non of the local bodies properly planned. At one hand few licenced food court and other end non licensed mushroomed in last one decade. Other end building of so called 30 stories NITROGEN Towers (residential) is in progress. Any of the civic bodies have visualized that what will happen to the roads when from each tower @ 150 to 200 cars will zoom . NO NO NO . only lord venkateswara is liable. Every Tom dic Harry purchased flats without sencing the future. Then start blaming the state or central governments. A town of Educated brain deads.
