No proper response, I have purchased MT-15 BS6 on this year April, due to an accident, my bike gave for service on 13days ago(13-Aug-2021), my bike is still placed on there and they people have no time to give a estimate at least for cost of service. I Had pressure from insurance company. if Im loose my insurance claim period who is responsible for this? Your company people said company dont have spares parts to do service to your bike and please wait for 2 or 3 months and your bike must be place here only. should we purchase a bike to keep store in service center? that too not in days it is months? Im request you to please take an action and allocate spare parts and deliver my bike ASAP. service center is Platinum motors, Dondaparty, Railway new colony road, Visakhapatnam.

I can assure you its the worst service center in town. They dont attend the complains just do the basic service and give your vehicle. They accept only cash and can make u stand for several minutes saying we are arranging change. No place to sit. There intention is just to make instant money they dont bother anything brand image or customer service.

Waste of time, these people behave like they are not intrested in sales. Just a building with the yamaha branding. They dont care. Its better to buy a bike in another yamaha showroom in the city.

Worst sales executive.. he least bothered about our enquiry.. and he is arrogant in giving answers.. even manager Lavanya.. she is least bothered to take complaints. .. sales executive wearing headphones and listening to music and not even hearing our questions.. we had to tell him three to four times.. even then no response.. whe tried to complain manager she is not even moving from her seat to atleast hear our voice.. and more over when we said about staff behavoiour she kept calm and doing her work.counting money.. this is how treating custo.ers.. never ever go to this show room guys.. Went to buy spare parts, i got only certain parts and need to go to other showroom near nad one. This needs improvement in customer support as well. As they were not helping me in any way like not telling about the part availability in other showroom and also not helping with the phone number as well.
