I would personally not recommend this hotel, after I checked in there was no drinking water, TV was not working, Shower was in broken condition, ordered for tea it took 30 mins to serve tea and worst part is ordered food at 8.15 pm and got it at 9.30 pm after repeatedly calling the kitchen and reception.Washroom kits not provided even for that had to call. No paste/ Brush.Asked to buy and bring me Gillette Mac 3 razor for money, was informed the boy can not go out fine, brought cheap razor Lazer brand.And still you are asking for feedback and expect us to recommend to other NO WAY

A lot could have been better :1. Complimentary water bottles - even if someone stays for more than a couple of days, only two 500 ml bottles are complimentary. What logic here?2. Room service is bad3. Toilets could have been cleaner4. Water bottles worth Rs.20 costs 37 here5. There is no food menu, you call them, they will tell you whats available. You order. No outside food allowed6. Basement parking facility is not safe7. While checkout the receptionist was acting weirdAll in all, it wasnt a pleasant stay

Stayed at the hotel on the 7th July 2021.Issues started right from entry.Made booking through easymytrip with a confirmation however when arrived at the hotel at 2200 hrs after a hectic day at work the front office manager says they have not rcvd the booking. It might have gone to the previous owners account as mgmt just changed few days ago. Coz of the covid curbs starting 2200 could not move to another hotel amd had to pay 2800 for the worst service ever. Was hungry and the hotel staff could not even serve a sandwich or maggi or biscuits to eat. Had to sleep empty stomach. Room was superficially clean. Hair etc in toilet with used soaps lging around. The commode jet did not have running water. AC was not working. TV was not working. Service attended but could not resolve any issues. The most pathetic vada sambhar served for breakfast. All in all they deserve a zero rating.

I guess by providing Amenities, its not sufficient, those have to work...which unfortunately is a big NO.....AC and hot water didnt work...complaint given no body bothered to attend to it. finally on 2nd day some body came cleaned AC filter, but no effect...after that calling the guys but no one attended to it.....have to check out without enjoying Amenities. …Probably preference is given to only people who walks in for the stay..I MIGHT NOT REPEAT MY STAY AT A PLACE WHERE REQUIREMENTS ARE NOT TAKEN CAR, FOR WHICH WE PAY..

Id been to a marriage. There are two halls that can handle two functions seperately simultaneously. Food quality and taste are good. Come early to the events of youre invited as there might be a parking issue which happened to us yesterday and you cant park on the main road side. The cops would be waiting to raise a challan of 6000 for 4w wrong parking. The restaurant and rooms I didnt check. My experience is good with the function halls overall.

High quality and big size

I stayed here for 2 nights. 1st night I checked in late.Room very well maintained and cleaned. Linen and washroom perfect. Room service and food menu and quality also good.What went wring with my stay was that AC was hardly working. In my complain the mechanic did something with the AC unit and assured me that AC will be fine in half an hour time.. After around 1 hr I again complained and again mechanic came and again he assured that it shall be fine in sometime.. this went for another 2 time but for no use.Totally unsatisfied with the unprofessional approach

Best budget hotel in a good location...located in the VIP road , close to shopping malls like Central which is just 100meters away from this hotel...other shopping centers like shoppers stop, Pantaloons, wrogn,Tipsy Topsy are located very near to the hotel...Paradise biryani is also just next to Central... hotel rooms are clean and tidy.. breakfast buffet is good...they have in-house restaurant...staff are friendly...roomservice for food available...bus station and railway station are also easy to reach from this hotel

Pretty decent 3 star hotel.Seems central AC was not maintained it was working in bits and pieces.Overall food and ambience was perfect.

Good location and ambience. good for business trip. not that much good with family. single bed was promised but two separate beds provided despite prior communication. Different room was provided but with same problem. total chaos in communication within the staff in the first day of trip. so came back again to same room with beds joined.had faced issue with kid around..later ambience and hospitality got better. housekeeping and restaurant is good. Good location. easy to roam around with central location.

This is a great hotel and we appreciate the hygienic and clean atmosphere. the food is awesome and staff are courteous. Rooms are of various sizes so ask for choice while checking-in but all are spacious. Alacarte is little expensive and qty less, so opt for buffet style. centrally located and good ambience.

Service quality is extremley pathetic, limited breakfast in the name of complete buffet that too will not be availabe all the time

Over all services, amenities and hospitality are all good and more than expected. Food is very well prepared and tasty.But the billing is not to the mark of a 4 star hotel. For every item that is served at one time, one is expected to pay separatelywhich is not the case in other star hotels. All the services provided either food or otherwise, should be added to the main room bill and demand payment at the time of checking out. This adds to the convenience of the guest...

I was here for 3 days for a conference and was quite happy with what I got. The staff were helpful and polite. I have nothing against the staff. They did a good job. The room was comfortable and on the third floor I got a good view out of my window. The food was not bad at all. Yes, the food was done well. Since Im from North India, some of the items on the buffet were new and I liked that a lot. A good hotel to stay at.

It was my first time in Vizag and it was made wonderful by my stay at this hotel. It is located at a walking distance from a couple of malls. I was able to walk to a mall that was close to Andhra University. And that mall had a lot of food joints. The food at the buffet was really good. Breakfasts were delicious. And thr best thing was that the staff was really helpful and courteous. I highly recommend this hotel.

Multiple halls available for a gathering of 50-200 people.Breakfast buffet varieties were yummy(live dosa n omlet, smoothie, pongal,puri, vada, cake,bread, coffee Tea..). Specially liver fry, masala omlet from live counter.Rooms were clean, proper beds n lighting. I liked the small plant in every room, Washroom was big enough and clean, but in some of the rooms the lock system is harder.TV with dish facility. Mini fridge. Good locality.

Mantris have the lavish rooms, they have good banquet hall as well, the location of the hotel is very good. I absolutely love the Breakfast they serve, it helped me to a lot on the day where I have flying constantly trough the first half.
