Worst service.... They charged excess and in the end work not done properly..

One of the worst service centres I have ever come across. How come Samsung authorised this service centre. I had issue with Samsung inverter five star rating ac cooling, they had send four trainees to dismantle complete ac. they literally hammered the condenser which could have damaged the pcb.Receptionist handles everything who does not have any technical knowledge.
