Good store. The employee are polite and explain the features of phone steadily.I bought redmi note 9 pro for my grandfather with a discount of rs1000/.

Very disappointed with only two models of Televisions displayed as a company policy matter. We couldnt see the display of the model which we are interested in owning it. That too not only this showroom. I am told its no where to experience all over India. We are very unhappy with policy matter

They got all MI products but they charge 500 rs higher than MRP on all products . With the phone and even wigh the sound bar .Thats the only issue .

Dont why you PEOPLE charging high on some products comparing to online mi store

Such a nonsense guys are there, if I ask product features not a proper reply & they behave not like a professional, just dealing casually with showing smartness.

They charge higher than usual prices and the staff whos working in store has a ridiculous and worst behaviour. He doesnt know how to deal with customers and also he doesnt even know about basic bluetooth features , i just asked as if the new mi true wireless 2 supports Bluetooth AAC codec coz i didnt know the features and it looks good and i wanted to take that, he deliberately yelled at me like theres no such things and all the bluetooth devices are same he said, later somehow i got to know it supports AAC/LHDC. First train your staff before getting triggered about facts when customers say. Before guy was good.
