Today the 13th October 2021, I went to Apollo Hospital, Ramnagar for COVID vaccination @ 10:00 AM after giving them prior call. The experience was terrible. Initially, they say we need to wait to 10 people and we waited patiently. Once people crossed 10, they started the process but there was non for giving the vaccine till 12:20 hrs. By the time the room was full of people in a closed room roughly about 30. There were only 9 seats and people are standing and it is a mess. It took 2.5 hours for a vaccine and I left at 12:30. There was no credit card payment systems and I need to rush for cash all the way. People are giving comments on this but management is not bothering except telling 10 people as a reason. However, today that is not the reason but lack of customer focus. After the vaccination, there no place to sit and people have to leave from the crowdy room. Completely violating the COVID norms Looks like managers are seeing but observing. Need some change to improve customer experience.

Well-organized. Choose the packages carefully while going for checkups like healthy or heart or something similar. Or youll end up losing a good chunk of money for no reason. Doctors are empathetic and patient.

My Wife Visited this branch of Apollo Hospitals today for her second dose on Covishield vaccination and she had one of the worst experiences in any hospital visit. First of all there is no social distancing in the hospital. Secondly the people who look after the vaccination process do not care if you have proper documentation required for the vaccine. Next the nurse administering the vaccine was so irresponsible that with one hand she struck a needle in her arm and with second she is speaking over phone without taking the needle out. This is the height of irresponsible behavior from staff which I have atleast not seen at any other hospital. And the question she was asked post vaccination was if she had come to get a dose of covaxin or covishield.

I went to the hospital for second dose covaxin on 6th Oct at 2:30pm, they said they will open the vial only when 10 members will come, i was waiting and then two people came and they had their shot, when i asked a staff Mr. Appanna how did they got the shot, he replied they are my people and when i said i need to talk to the management, he replied management will support me only u cant do anything, thats his behaviour towards customer, this is what the situation in Apollo Hospital Ram Nagar is.

Worst hospital and rooms I have ever seen, forget the standard of Apollo or any corporate hospital, the rooms here are not even comparable to even small Private hospitals. No packaged water, they serve water that is not even clean. No parking.The charges per day for the rooms are very high and same as other Apollo branches.

Very pathetic doctors(Ortho) in Arilova branch and consultation process, Local clinics are far more better than them. they dont study the patients case and act properly. waste of time an money

Very very irresponsible employees no one care about patients too much waiting for tests and in hospital time they are doing their personal banking works etc ECG people are telling no beds for test if you want to test go and ask in reception.. for altra sound test they did our bill at 12:20 and the doctor will left the hospital at 12:30.. in 10min what we will do cane at 10am now 2pm till now there is no one to do

Very sad nd bad experience with this hospital....booked he slot for vaccination for my mother aged 59 years nd she went paying 500 rs for auto charge due to curfew...we thought the vaccination process will be smooth as its paid nd they have givem the time slot....so I booked for my mom.....but after she went there....they simply said we r not giving vaccinations as orders from top management....nd simply asked to return...what sort of management is this.....we booked the appointment in the same day after showing available slots....then how come they have changed the decision in just hours time i cant understand.....this how simply they will treat their customer???....atleast tbey could have give a token for appointment for the next availavle slot or something.......When they cant handle vaccination process how come they got permisiion I dont know

Very worst pharmacy, pharmacist was playing with mobile while asking for basic drugs like ORS and ondansetron, he is saying simply no stocks.. how can such a big hospital did not have such things. Fed up with the attitude and behaviour. I am very thankful that I wont visit there at dire emergency

One of the worst managed vaccination centers...no social distancing... Have to spend time registering on apollo app... Even after that have to wait 3 hrs to even get vaccinated. Please avoid this centre for if you are going for vaccination

The worst management possible. Do not care for the patients or the visitors. The doctors and staff are the most arrogant too. The security at the front does not have the least compassion, need to be changed. Do not fall for the show. The worst maintenance so far, I have seen. No wonder they got no patients comparatively at this time with such absolutely derogatory services involved.

Worst hospital...waste reception staff...they said that doctor kamini general physician will available fro 1pm to 5.30pm. Her timings from 1 to 3.30 for in patients after that for out patients .we went at 4 pm..she is not there...worst staff

Very bad experience....i booked a slot for vaccination and went there....first of all there is no car parking for the hospital.Secondly ,there were a huge crowd for vaccination and crowd was growing bigger just because they were handling the situation very bad.Even the security person standing outside were arguing with people on the queue unnecessarily.There were no proper system and nobody explains us what to do and where to go.If at all we ask some doubts the hospital staff were shouting as if they are doing something for free even though they are making us pay 800 rs for vaccination and for Apollo registration.In the vaccination room attitude of staff nurses were good which was the only good thing about the hospital

Worst experience I had here. Had to wait very longer time than usual for normal health check tests as well. Staff is not efficient who are doing tests specially echo and tmt ones. I dont recommend here.

We visited for Apollo Ramnagar for chest pain complaint of my uncle. After angiogram doctor confirmed that it is very minor block in the sub branch and it is treated with balloon treatment which lasted for just 30 mins. They charged whooping bill of 2.3 Lakhs for 1 day stating single stent package in the bill. I questioned the same at billing counter that when stent procedure is not done then how can you bill for stent package (1.7 lakhs). I only got the rude answers from arrogant people at billing counter. For the sake of insurance money they are charging hefty amounts including the treatments which are not done. It also has worst nursing team which did not bother to giving medicines on time. Billing team did not bother to give investigation reports and Angiogram CD after bill clearance and we again have to ask them and they charged extra amount for CD. Lastly Apollo Ramnagar is a group of cheaters who will rob you of your money specifying the treatments which are not done.

Dr. Baruah sir has been excellent in treating the cardiac arrests, we were extremely satisfied with his diagnosis. Even the hospital staff, including billing, ICU, general ward and security, were pretty knowledgeable and very cooperative. Overall our experience is very satisfactory.

Ive been to this place many times now along with my mother regarding a cardiovascular related problem. Our entire process of consulting the doctor really went smooth. I wont comment on the management.But the main problem came here when I saw many elderly patients who were in a miserable condition (like some of them in wheelchair and stuff) And they were kind of asked to wait in a queue . I have no complaints against their system of managing things, but seriously, they have to introspect themselves. I personally felt prioritization on the order of the queue should be properly done.
