Worst and irresponsible behaviour of staff. They were quite rude and arrogant towards customer base.

Worst staff ever whick I have seen in a medical Center. They do no lift the phone call how many times ever we call. Its not that now they did not lift up, when we call they do not respond. Very careless. Stern action needs to be taken....

No idea how to test in lab they are not professional. Very worst behaviour and rude with patient.

Zero information about tests and they given wrong results please please please dont go to here. i think better diagnostic center in vizag is vijaya diagnostic centre better to go here

Worst behaviour of one of dr named tulasi working for money only, she didnt have any concern about patient. I think who was giving 5stars rating were their staff only.

Best diagnostic center in Vizag. Very reliable. Opening a branch here really helps people living in this part of the city.

The persons who do blood test wont clean their hands .direct they come from out side and start collecting blood and second thing they even wont sanitiz there hands between sample collections and never wear gloves to there hands...not hygienic due to them disease many spread to others and collecting blood sample very fast without care it may lead to pain.

Pathetic service .They dont have proper internet connection. They kept me waiting for 40 -50 mins saying internet is slow .So, cannot generate report. I had to miss my doctors appointment because of their fault. Vijaya Medical Center Gopalapatnam has very bad customer service. They make spelling mistakes in names. Incorrect marital status is updated. Not bothered to check with the customers once. No proper communication is made with the customers. They do not provide complete or accurate information.
