Good Hospital.Hospital maintaining proper hygiene conditions across the hospital.Doctors and Nurses are taking proper responsibility of all kinds of patients.

Vaccination update : very unguided for any senior citizens. The billing process is slow as turtle. Cards dont work. They dont have change cash so only upi payment. The vaccination was registered at 9 am but they refused saying we have to wait for 5 people minimum. Apollo was far off for vaccination.Cleanliness is good. Parking is easier for senior citizens.

The first aid was not given first, not attended properly as well, the staff seemed more concerned on getting the money first rather than treating the patient, 10/10 would not recommend to anybody. Please head to a better hospital

Worst hospital management, if you join hospital as paid they will treat like anything but problem comes here when you join the hospital with Arogyasri scheme their treatment is different with low minimum facilities and they will not tell that some tests will not cover and will treat patient with minimum tests and equipment and finally they will reveal that patient is critical and you need to transfer to other hospital. They will Handover the patient with 10% survival. Moreover when the Arogyasri dont cover evrything they have to inform patient relatives but they dont they will kill the patient from inside and finally they will say take the patient to other better hospital after everything will out of our hand.One star is also waste. Please take care when you are joining with Arogyasri. I lost my father due to their negligence.

Gitam university is top most university in Visakhptnam. One hospital inside university. campus location is best because this university outside city crowds. nice location natural beauty. Calm down this place near by rushikonda beach. In campus one medical hospital. And also student hostels .this place situated vip location tourist place. Best for all because if you visit this place you move to city to university 20km approximate. Long drive hill place and natural beaùty.

My parents were admitted in GIMSR hospital few days ago. Since then we couldnt contact the concerned hospital staff mostly, even if we could once in a blue moon nobody shall answer the call. They dont even know whats happening with their patients. They werent able to answer basic queries about the patient such as, saturation level, BP, PR, LOI, etc. Theres a facility to pass on necessities to the patient through security, yet they are least bothered to pass it on time. Its been 1 and half day since we have asked them to give some things to the patients yet they didnt do it. On top of that they wouldnt even give us contacts of the concerned staff. Overall, idk how good or great of a hospital it is, but right now it feels like the worst place for a patient to be left there.

Well, it is really commendable that gitam hospital has opened its gates and arranged for 1000+ beds for the covid-19 disaster that we are having. But the praises end there. Beds are not what we need. A hospital needs staff who are willing to check on their patients from time to time and treat subjectively based on the status of the health. Well, this is a first hand experience I had. My mother was admitted to the hospital with covid symptoms, they charged 50k but lets not bother about it for a second here. What broke me was they isolated the patient from us, put her in a ward with 100 others and didnt bother to even check on her. The nurse put a standard prescription for everyone on the bed side and asked them to take it. My mom was in there for over 40 hours and not a single doctor came in for a consultation. She was at an oxygen saturation of 93 and had stable vitals when we got her admitted, but we were forced to decide that we should shift her from there because her O2 levels were 85 and was running a high fever and yes, she was still only on tablets that the nurse put next to her.If admission to a hospital means just providing a bed and dumping in few pharmacy supplies, then may b we dont need it. We could have taken care of her at home, for atleast we could have given her some emotional support. To isolate a patient in such health condition and not provide the care she needs is just inhuman. The kind of trauma the hospital put her and us through cannot be described in words. When questioned, they had the nerve to ask us to shift her if we want but thats all they could do! This is all the staff we have!If you are aware of the staffing issues, please dont admit patients u cant care for. It is just cruel.I dont want to know how well the hospital treated patients prior to this, but if you cant value lives in a crisis like this and are just calculative of the amount of money you can make out of it, then may b u r not meant to run a hospital, not now, not ever!

Such an irresponsible staff, they have given number for communication and they dont respond to calls. I am trying to reach out them to check if they are conducting covid tests. Unable to reach them.

Amenities are good but staff and Doctors issues

It’s a nice initiative by mvvs murthy and government to provide a cost friendly hospital where appointment is free of cost and I advise you it is not a good idea for big injuries.

Please dont visit gitam hospital.they have no staff.they will join the patient n they will not take care.Actually I want to give less than one star .Worst hospital,dont visit

Very big hospital, with all equipments. surrounded by beautiful views. Peacefull and pleasent atmosphere. Any one can join those who are ill. Treatment was very good.even the poor can join as there is so much of free concession.

Hospital is good but staff worest no time punchwolity and no respect

Its like a government hospital with clean surrounding. After 5 all staff disappear. Staff are almost new, not experienced much. System for billing not good.Only cash is accepted here. No card or any other mode of payment.

Because of its intial stage still it has to develop and there staff Quality too- dental, orthopedic,skin and other specialist is available-better avoid if it is serious health issue-Treatment at lower cost(x Ray, blood test, pharmacy)- No specific doctor available after sunset-1 doctor will be there for basic treatment at night- 24×7 ambulance- ATM is available ( union bank of India)- Government subsidy is also available

Worst staff in dental clinic,My experience: I went to hospital on 11th Jan, but they had given oppintment for teeth cleaning on 28th Jan, I asked them ,they are saying we have more oppintments.If they have many oppintments , they shouldnt be given OP at entrance.Patients need urgent treatment

Hospital is good from outside and maintainance but Administration is very bad, I visited couple of times, No one is sure weather the various tests prescribed by doctor is Free or Paid, Generally they are charging fees for variois tests and you need to wait long hours for the tests if you need a Scan you will waste one day for that even after paying for it, and the doctors are not available at times, if we go from far places it will be difficult when you cant find the doctor available for further consultation..better not visit this hospital thinking everything is free here total waste of your time and energy.I have not seen any doctor checking BP first which is mandatory before doing other examinations.
