Availability of electronics and other products is good but not giving 5 star due to the staff who are not well trained and no attention given to customers.Hopefully the staff would be trained soon to assist the customer

I bought Sony 55 UHD Smart Led TV X80J & Daikin FTKM50TV a/c here recently. Sanitization measures are well taken. Employees are professional in nature and helpful in selecting the product.

Good place for electronics but people working here are not experienced dont know about latest tech.

Its one of the the trusted electronic stores around town.Everyone i meet suggest i buy stuff here.well i went one day.They service was good.The shop attendants were polite and knew alot about the products they sold.One of the boring things i come across some stores is where people have no clue about what they are selling.But they guys were really informed they can also help one to make a better choice and go for best products

I will suggest Google to include the facility for rating the agencies in Zero or negative bcz some companies deserve this...I think it is my worst offline purchase...I was not able to purchase AC since I had some time constraints to install AC due to hectic office hours. Meanwhile , unfortunately, I visited Relience digital located in vizag and purchased AC as they promised me of install AC on my recommended date time.I indicated the time for installation as seven days from purchase.But our relience friends did not get time even today.Waiting for the job is not a problem if your counterpart is responding to your queries.Literally there is no one who will help u in this matter. These people will make u cry for installation..I give minus 5 rating to relience digital installation services..So be aware of going to this particular shop..

Worst experience,met incharge mr.suresh for sim replacement,he said he would be back and since then its been one hour and nobody is has attended and irony is everybody says they dont know the process...Good learnt staff and worst wow experience.....it doesnt hve -5 star option ,I would have chosen that...every customer I have seen is irritated ...thans to support staff

I brought aquaguard from one of the reliance digital store at dwaraka nagar. I have been facing issues with this product since I purchased and complained regarding the problem to service person. Also I did purchased 1 year warranty too. None worked fruitfully. Store people do not respond properly even after continuous reminding. They are least bothered about the problem. My sincere advice to all is to not purchase any product from this store. Worst people, worst product and worst service.

Very friendly staff. They will explain you about each product in detail. Only concern is they will try and sell you add on products which you might not even need. So do check the bill before you pay and check what all they added even they say it is free.

I am one of the customerJust writing to enlighten peopleI got on LG OLED recently, they sent me a display piece packed in the new box. After one month struggle and spending whole day from morning to night and about to lodge police compliant then decidedd my tv got replaced.Not at all recommended. I thought Reliance Digital would be good but hell no, after sale is sooo worst in this shopstaff behaviour is like switch before and after we got product. I dont want to mention people names.Beware of the people who say fake info and fake promises espically brand promoters in the shop.Please avoid this shop even if they offer cheap price, I got laid buy it and also avoid buying thier fake warrenty extension

Customer care is poor

There are cheating the customers by products as selling old products as new. Service is also worst. I have two ACs (one-from Bajaj electranics(last year), new one from reliance). According to service most worst. My new AC installation by un athurosized persons through reliance they are not installed properly and I am lot of problems ,at the same the time they responds is ridiculous.
