Rude staff! Treated with no respect. Wont even show the collection because we went there to exchange a bad shoes we ordered through store for delivery. They Mention that, there is a specific time for returns. Had an argument for a while ,where the person at system deny to listen what were saying! Anyhow we went downstairs to have a look and select while my husband will come later to get that shoe. The girls were really rude not to show the collection and denied to get my size to try it on! Wont return to Bata once we are done with this return! Worst staff ever!

Not much collection we found here, am very known customer to bata, but here am completely dissatisfied. mainly girls staff at the sub showroom was rude. THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS, SHE SHOWS A BAD BEHAVIOUR AT ME WHILE ASKED HER TO SHOW SHOE COLLECTION. Shoes fell down without my interference but she said to me dont touch shoes angrily , no sufficient staff to collection. Am very very disappointed in this store only. Remaining stores staff treat well.

Good service, paper carry bag cost Rs. 4. No discount. Buy only less then 3 month old from manufactured month for long life. If you are earlier customer of Bata then check the discount if any by providing your mobile number before payment.

The product range is not impressive. The shop has decent stock and for casual shopping its really good. Some products were missing when I visited last time. Still this is the nearest Bata store near my place. I have no complain regarding the quality of the product and I regularly visit the shop when I have to buy a footwear.

This store has been the worst maintained footwear store I have ever visited. The shoes are not clean and has dust and dirt on them. The staff is not aware of whats in the store. It brings the value of BATA down. This store shouldnt be a BATA branch. But sadly it is.

Nice and obideient staff, many models are available and its a 2 storey showroom where you can buy Hush puppies as well because Bata is dealing Hush puppies. Its the biggest Bata showroom in Vizag and delivers a lot of various models of footwear
