Located at most convenient place. But compare with the other store located in Madhuravada, some stocks at this store are very limited. But as a household one can get all monthly related groceries here. Try not to visit peak hours, due to covid restrictions, the time consuming at que lane is very high. And the parking also reliable for Two wheelers only.

I was crestfallen and astonished to know that most of employees were not aware of why billing counter for less than 10 items was closed in Murali nagar branch. As most of the customers were buying lest then 10 items at this branch when I have visited I may agree if they close this billing counter and make it available for all to make their visit easy. But I came to know that even at the beginning of the month (usually families buys more groceries this time) also this counter beeing closed.

Seems to be a bit away from City but always busy as it always attracts the customers with exclusive discounts, Waiting lines at the entrance is an example to describe how crowded it is. One can always sneak some good offers, at times can buy products even at a lower price than the Online Merchants.

What a disgrace to have such an awful staff. The experience was an instant turnoff.

Dosent matter you buy one single item or bulk, there will always be waiting at billing.Only problem is if you are not careful you end up buying non essential items too.You may buy thousands instead of hundreds.They always lure you with their discounts.

Too much crowd, too little staffs. Crowd management is not good. Very little care is spared towards the ease of shopping.

A compact 3 floored D Mart located at Birla junction serves the needs of neighbourhood; one floor for exclusive groceries, one for toys, home and electric appliances, plastic, crockery and top floor for kids, ladies and gents dresses, footwear, bed and bath; parking for 4 wheelers hardly few, even less than 100 for 2 wheelers.However, the quality and competitive prices are the attractions for middle and lower classes.

Did not allow us to the store because we have a kid with us. No signs were posted regarding this. No alternative was provided. We were made to wait for 30 minutes before sending us away.Manager Rajesh was rude and false information was provided. No respect for customers. Kids are wondering in the parking lot next to one of the busiest roads.

I am buying groceries every month, display is excellent but this time limited items only and rates display is not good this time, no response from storekeepers, poor maintenance.

Excellent shopping experience only thing is too much crowd and theres a big queue for entry which takes minimum of 45min ,which is little disgusting unlike Dmart at Hyderabad. Dmart mgmt team has to really look into it and resolve the issue of customers.

D Mart is a place for shopping various domestic usable kitchen ware, disinfectants, limited variety dolls and stationery, utensils of steel and plastic made varieties, groceries and kirana items, linen ware, gents, ladies and kids ware available. Electrical items such as fans, cookers, bulbs, water pet bottles and steel bottles available at reasonable prices. There is limited parking for 2 wheelers and no car parking. Car parking is very difficult on the service road and you must park at a distant place and have to do shopping. Prices are reasonable.

I visit here regular for the groceries. Before used go for the madhurwada d mart. But after opening here, I visit here only. Ya its small and due to that its usually crowded. But its worth it because all the item that are needed will be available. Parking too is a problem, here there is only limited parking, you also cant park in the service road. And ya last but not least the billing, it will take a lot of time, if you have one or two items then the billing line can be a nightmare for you. But overall it good and I prefer to go even its crowded because its worth.

The international multi-brand retail supermarket chain has spread its base very rapidly in Visakhapatnam. Although started very recently, it quickly and easily gave tough competition to other existing multi-branded retail chains such as spencer, bigbazar etc and still is expanding.The only negative to it is that it does not cater for 4 wheeler parking and the service lane gets jammed during rush hours creating hurdle to the customers.
