It is very helpful to generate Demand Drafts (DDs) for admission and for any other purpose.Process of admission:1 take application form in the ground floor by paying prescribed fees and fill2 go to bank and generate DD3 go to DD cell in ground floor and submit application form and DD, they take DD and write number on application form4 then go to your course prescribed room and submit application form, certificates xerox, passport size photos5 attach your photo to learner verification card and duly stamped6 take out last page of booklet, write your address and give to the officer7 then officer gives one small paper, give it to the next building to get books.

Paid fee for all the subjects but they didnt update it nd they omitted correction for a subject in my 3rd yr MBA. they made me go to building to building an hour before examination. Worst staff response. Now they r not even responding to my grievance. They wasted my 3yr hardwork. Viva professor was so rude nd egoistic.

Old, and building is shabby looking. well located for the stake holders like students, parents, and University officials, But appearance not representing the AU stature. Overall a student doesnt get a good opinion by its looks. Covid protocols are to be implemented strongly. Queue is not maintained at the enquiry counter. Library is in a mess.

Building from inside is clumsy. Person at Applications section is okay. The Enquiry person at the reception is okay too. The only bad experience I had was with the pg admissions e3 section where the person was rude in answering my questions. Rest all experience was ok. Course fee is very student friendly. Most irresponsible staff. Frequently miss your assignment marks even after submission. Staff comes to office at 11.00 and at 1.00 Lunch. Post lunch they start working at 2.30 conclude at 4.30. Mean while if you call they are away from their desk. No student support services at all. Better to plan form other Universities than loosing your valuable money by joining here. IGNOU, Visakhapatnam RC. BR Ambedakar Open and Acharya Nagarjuna Universities are better options to consider than AU for outside Vizag students.

Its nice platform but latest data is not being updated quickly, I searched admission date of PG diploma shown admission date is over, went to admission counter admission was in progress . So request staff to maintain exact data so learner from distant area can get correct details and plan accordingly.

Very big campus with plenty of trees, cool breeze and wheelchair accessible entrance. Have canteen inside the premises. All the distance education students come here for submitting assignments, exams dates and fees details.

I applied for OD & CMM 2&1/2 months ago .Till now I didnt get any certificates.I went to staff several times and they responded only one thing that when we apply once certificates will be posted to our address in a month .But its too long .Kindly someone respond for this .

I am a student of the University and always got good response to all my problems.

For any course if u opt to pursue it in this university..thats it your life will be ruined.Record in the office go missing.exams that u r present for will be absent as marked.Staff comes at 10:30 and leaves at sharp 5pm. If u have any sort of work here better reach in the morning hrs and be prepared to stay for whole day to get some output

Cant provide results on time and admin department particularly E-2 section is well known for their rude behavior and vulgar language. i have a very personal experience with them. Black guy on 3rd seat from left, on my asking for my mark list after getting results declared, he didnt showed any respect and instead used vulgar language. worst than municipality offices. Prefer IGNOU or any other university and save your time and career.

Worst maintenance, No update of latest results in online... AU School of Distance Education website is being maintained worse.Everyone is an officer there, they behave like lords of the world. No smiling faces at all only few among the au distance centre are pleasing faces...One asks for bribes other doesnt work at all...Especially E2 section is worst in SDE... I dont know whether Smt Mohini madam is aware of all these things happening behind her...No Govt officer is going to take action on such un-ethical duties going on ...India will never develop ....No one has zeal towards working ethically...
