Residential colony for Govt. Officers

Very calm and pleasant place in the centre of a very busy city. You can still see squirrels, rare birds, butterflies as there is so much vegetation and so less pollution

I lived there for a few years and its amazing.It has a basketball court, a badminton court, a community Hall and a childrens park. It filled with lush greenery and the air feels very fresh

I love this place. Its a great place for me. Its our area . Its a defence officers colony ... restricted for public & secure for us (who lives here) with tight security system .

Nirman park is a very lively, spacious and peaceful residential complex to stay in Visakhapatnam. It is at the heart of the city with almost all the facilities like schools, colleges, shopping malls, theatres, rythu bazar, railway station, airport near by. Bus stop is also opposite to it with good connectivity even round the clock. 24 hours security, cleanship, no power supply and water supply interruption.

Well maintained.neat and clean naval residential area.For morning walk it is the best area.A well equipped gym is there.
