One of the worst delivery services that Ive come across....I had to lose ₹1500 because of this delivery service. One of my product was with them for 15days they didnt deliver the product and it returned back to sellerf you have an option, please try to avoid this ecom express by all means!!

Theyll call you for either delivery or a return pickup through a number to which you cant call back, so if you miss the call once theyll update the order status as customer rejected/rescheduled the delivery/pickup of the product. ECom Express has the most pathetic service and rude staff who dont have basic decency while speaking with customers. Despite of many complaints raised by the customers dont know why E-commerce sites like Amazon, Ajio and all use this useless service for deliveries and return pickups!!
