Completely closed. Situation in front of hotel is Pathetic. Now using the place only for parking.

One of the best places i had ever visited. My kids enjoyed a lot...It was an unforgettable experience for me. The quality of food is at its best ...The maintenance n everything of the hotel made us to stay for longer time ..and we will be coming more often to spend our time happily without worries..

Clean and maintained well. Will be more good if they accept food orders a little late. Visited this restaurant during late hours after 9 but well before 10 and they are very anxious to close the kitchen and straightaway told to order soon as they will be closing soon.This four star is for tasty food and cleanliness but definitely not for making us know that food counter will be closed. Atleast try to change the timings of restaurant displayed on the board.

We had a great time at this restaurant , it was 4pm in the afternoon and only quality inn served is . Even though they had closed but they still served us , the food was delicious as well as they gave us a great service , prices were also satisfactory .

This is one of the best places to eat delicious food. The beauty of this hotel is that not only the non vegetarian dishes are delicious but the vegetarian dishes also pack a huge punch of flavours that tingle your taste buds. The mutton biryani here is simply amazing and I can say that its the best biryani I have eaten in Vizag. The vegetarian meals are a simple delight with a lot of varieties of delicious pickles, podis that you can’t stop eating. Cannot wait to go back and eat here.

We had our childs first birthday in quality inn bez krishna and it turned out to be the best memorable experience 💖. First time i organized this party all by myself and i am little bit worried about the proceedings but hotel staff literally took away all my fears and pressure with their immense support in each and every step and their hospitality is unmatchable. Food is very poor, never ever try biryani food in this restaurant ,we take family around 20 people to this restaurant food and service is very poor. Management must change the chef and service in the restaurant it will help you guys to grow in vizag.

I prefer this hotel for budget buffets ,lunch,breakfast, dinner.they have a good contemporary designed restaurant. Spacious lounge to relax. Unique menu for lunch. Candle dinner is also available here.i dont think any other hotel in this location offering it.prices are bit reasonable .ice cream when served with buffet is not so quality. Rooms are not very economical in terms of price. Above all we can suggest this place for buffets

This is one of the good 3-star hotels, located in the centre of Vizag city.The rooms are great, the service is great, the staff are friendly and efficient. The room service is good, although the in-house menu is slightly on the expensive side.Also, the breakfast buffet can be improved a little, with inclusion of a few salads, baked beans, porridge, baked potatoes, steamed vegetables or similar simple stuff.

Had breakfast and it was really good. Dont go for the buffet as its not worth the price. Rather order food from the menu. Had vada, idly and masala dosa and it tasted really great. The sambar and chutney serves was tasty, a bit spicy though. Service could have been better. Not expensive at all.

The place is good but everything is quite old, towels smell bad, corridors smell smoke even if it says non smoking zone. Everything is set to look good but it is not as it looks. I hope they read reviews to make this place better

Impressive facade on the shankar matam road dwarakanagar, visakha. Decent hotel. Rooms however are just sufficient with narrow moving space between the cots and the wall. Coffee maker, water bottles, evening biscuits, dental kit , shaving kit are complimentary. Move the curtains and u get the view of the busy shankaramatam road. Dinner at night too is complimentary on higher tariffs. Gym with two walkers and leg massager just sufficient for the inmates. Corridor between two rows of rooms is dark. Complimentary Breakfast suits light to heavy eaters. Good sambar for iddlies. The speciality is you get things you want especially for family stay, like hairpins, safety pins, napkins, cellotapes, scissors, knife etc. Happy stay assured. Travel desk is available.

We stayed in Quality inn bez krishna hotel with utmost hospitality by front office.But,when we came to the hotel there is no security at portico and no bellboy to helpout the guest.We faced lot of problem at the time of check in & check out time. Room service staff grooming & service is not at sll good.But, Nice rooms.

Hotel is decent, have been there for dinner or parcel quite number of times but today was one of the worst experience we had, cold soup received and when informed it was reheated and given which was from even worse and we just had to leave it as received. They only had one person taking care of the service may be that could be the reason. Tiffen buffet for dinner is something we always go for. I would say the place is nice and it was just bad experience for us today..

Good hotel. Service was satisfactory. Meeting hall was convenient. AC effect was OK. Ceiling height appeared a little lower. Quality of food was not exceptional but reasonable -typical South Indian dishes were on order.

As a 3 star hotel it is absolutely up to the mark. General Manager Mr. Shrikanth is an asset for the property. Such a home person as well as very caring.

This is good hotel to stay and have a leisure time with family and friends. The rooms are spacious and the room service is really good. They have two types of rooms for family. The breakfast is complimentary and the the spread of breakfast is also good. They have live music on Saturday nights. The advantage of this hotel is its proximity to Railway Station and Airport. Situated on the main road and in a popular area , this hotel provides more options to access for food and shopping.

So I have no complaintsLocation: Lately, over the past few years, traffic has grown rapidly in the city. The hotel’s proximity to the railway station, shopping complexes, RTC complex and other fast paced business districts can’t be over emphasized. Being a vegetarian, I personally find it difficult to find tasty veg food, but was very satisfied with the vegetarian menu. Went with family and ordered tandoori paneer tikka, veg noodles, Gobhi Manchuria, mushroom curry and white rice. My kids and husband thoroughly enjoyed the food.

The service was good but food was delivered too late. Non veg is good but veg menu is not so satisfactory. Ambience was good and super chilled. A bit overpriced but worth spending quality time in a place like that.

Place and staff are good except beds which are too wobbly and they move if you move in sleep.

The hall area for wedding events - Its no too grand but gives a decent area to enjoy with your loved ones

A nicely maintained property with well laid out rooms and services. Rates are reasonable and hospitality is top notch. Restaurant is good and quality of the food is very good. Property is in the heart of the city and locality is conviently placed to a busy market center.

Good Stay with family or friends or couple. It is very much nearer to both bus stand and railway station. Nice locality. And Had a great breakfast.

WORST service ! Food was served with COCKROACH. No proper response form the staff on rising the point. Complete unhygienic and no cleaning of plates, spoons and forks. Staff are not at all experienced and not able to manage simple tasks. All the staff serving there may be trainees and even not monitored by an experienced staff.

Its a nice hotel with two dine in restaurant. Being a food lover I liked the food. Thier buffet is even good and value for money(veg/non-veg).The only thing which I didnt like was room service was not up to the mark. Location where hotel is situated is very appealing.

When it comes to Maintenance I would rate 3/5 as I visited banquet hall and there was no AC when informed after 20-30 mins AC is back however lunch was done ! I stayed 4 days here with my family located in middle of the city near to beaches(3 kms) and near to station. It was pretty good overall. The breakfast served is good in variety and tasty. Only con is the food is costly, more than double as compared to a some other hotels we visited in Vizag.

Over all a very good hotel. Location is good. Breakfast spread is excellent. Room service is also quick and priced reasonsbly. Would like to come back for my next stay.

They wouldn’t allow me to use the showroom. I have tried this two times and I was refused point blank. The person at the reception desk said if they allow one person, they would have to continue allowing everybody inside.I also asked him doesn’t the apex court have a ruling that all the hotels are supposed to be allowing anyone to use the washroom? I was still turned down.

Many problems occurred from the day we checked in.1st when we arrived : we had booked 2 deluxe rooms but we were given executive rooms with two separate beds,it was on 4th floor and lift wasnt working and staff kept on ignoring and after many hours of wait they offered me one deluxe room and another executive room nearby 2nd we were away from our room , when we returned we were shocked to see that housekeeping people have opened our room without our prior approval or intimation. when we told the same to manager he told new staff hai, I will tell him . another day same morning same thing happened but nothing done by hotel. so kindly if anyone is staying in that hotel , make sure u carry all ur luggages all the time where u go. ....
