Friendly staff. I entered the office on time and finished my work within 40 mins including waiting time. Only applicants are allowed. Security guards cares about you. I felt happy and great experience.

Worse service waiting since morning to pro now it is 2:00 pm he has not arrived till now, I came for dob change, the mistake in dob was crept was from their side, but now they are blaming the applicant specially the lady, she didnt allowed to meet pro, worse service even waiting area at the parking lot, no fan, mosquitoes, no food facility, worse vizag, worse passport service dont make your passport in this office if possible. Go to another state and apply there.

This place is pathetic when it comes to helping public. I came to the office at 15:45 hrs and they said that working hours are over. I was told to come in morning next day. It is nowhere mentioned that working hours will b till 1600 only. The contact number given online is also dummy. Nobody ever picks up the call. These kind of instructions should be displayed on website or someone should pick up the call. I experienced the same which general public experiences on a day to day basis. No value for others time . Its a shame.

I have tried contacting through the number provided in the website. But no use, no one is there to lift the call. I have tried calling so many times. No response for emails also. Its also like all government offices.

Service was quite quick when I went, but the staff were not that polite. The guy I was assigned to, acted like hes working in a big MNC. But everything else is good.

Really I had great experience in RPO visakapatnam. Very friendly staff.. Well behaviour.. Completely different from regular govt office work experience..our APO Mr. Surendra patnayak is really good and supportive.. I finished my work with in one hr

Passport office has good management but my son passport held for police verification whereas police has not given correct report of residence after meeting with him second time also he said that he is not residing at the place on sitting in the same house. Based on this report his passport is held up..office staff told to pay fine of 5000/_ and close the file and apply fresh .. Is it correct what can be done next????????

As i renewed my passport last year,,, it was so easy n the systematic,,, people ar polite,,, n d guys who checks our documents is so good n co operative,,, as i see alot of difference from last ten years to d last year,, thank u so much,,, passport seva kendra,,, we mean alot

The experience has been very smooth. Very well organised with good processes. Friendly officers who can guide you correctly. There is a Xerox machine inside which is helpful.

I had applied 3 renewals so far in last 30 yrs with my same home address where I was born and studied. I got a address adverse report in police verification based on bank statement because my branch was not in my town. State Police verification staff requires bit more training as they are not well educated, because my ICICI BANK was not launched in small towns when I opened and I had opened account at nearest city which is 35 kilometeres. I came to Regional Passport office in Vishakhapatnam and given explanation in writing. APO Mr. Surendra Kumar Patnaik had verified my all identity docs and advised for passport printing. He very soft spoken with all applicants and doing fantastic job.

Queue system is not good.why dont they provide the tokens and call according to the numbers. Instead they make you move chair by chair from the last chair to the first until you get your turn. Except that everything is good.

My son has applied for passports for my wife and me throgh online. The Passport Office, Visakhapatnam asked us to contact the passport office before 4 pm, accordingly we reachecd there and they took the information from us within 30 minutes and freed us. The passports are recived by post within a weak days. Very excellent service they provide to the public. This is happened on 05-02-20018, probably.

Pathetic service from staff .even they dont provide water and have to stand outside in hot summer.no facility to sit. Too much overaction by security staff .even they dont allow to see flowers or stand near the walls..the sign board is only in English and hindi..as if we r in North India. Overall this PSK is most disgusting govt place. Its pitty when the NRI comes to renew their passports they were treated as if NRI r slaves. Outsiders they hv to stay two days.

Best office and they just act friendly and an excellent work, my appointment is at 9:30 and I reached by 9 Ive completed all my verification process by 9:10 and out by 9:15 even before my actual given reported time they started their work at 8:50 which is excellent

Applied for passport of my wife and waiting for more than one and half months. Tried calling passport office hundreds of time just to hear busy busy or no response. Status shows that it is under review.

Got my official passport in 24 hrs ....... staff is very helpful but there are applicants who r culprit they dont want to be in que.....

I would like to give 0 rating for this,they never ever lift the call,i called several times in there working hours,i Applied for Passport renewal and twice i got Police verification SMS but Verification has not done,2nd time when i got SMS of Police verification i called to that Police person and it was not reachable/ Switched off and final without any Police Verification my Passport status changed to Passport application is under review at Regional Passport Office then i went to nearest DPC Kadapa regarding this, they are saying only one word Answer go to RPO Vizag,

Y passport police enquirer take money from us , when coming for verification . is it good ? to whom i should compliant about him, he is asking always to every passport 1500 rs

Worst customer care service in our Ap passport have , im calling customercare associate to interact with them from last 10 days , they are not availabe and the numbers metioned in regional office,vizag they kept their phone either out of order or they lift the phone and they keep aside , this is very unfare .

I applied for my sons passport on Monday 02 Feb, received text alert that it is printed and dispatched with speed-post tracking number on Tuesday 03 Feb, received delivery on 04 Feb. No one is responding properly and even they are not lifting calls in office timings also. I am suffering a lot with their process
